Lovely to have a pool to cool off, lovely little bar next to the lobby which was really beautiful. All the staff were great. Fantastic shower!
Have real plants in the lobby. I can’t see why you would have artificial plants even if they are nice, expensive ones. Sounds like a little thing but was a bit disappointing bearing in mind the quality of everything else.
Also, real glasses and cups in the rooms not disposable.
I feel like considering the age of the hotel and how lovely the lobby looked, the room itself could’ve had a bit more character.
Staff friendly, great pool, nice outside area in the heart of old town, internal art deco lovely areas internally.
Price of breakfast per day a little pricey
Wood floors and nice bathroom.
Difficult to find by car.
But staff super helpful in guiding us to the parking garage.

L'accueil le jour de l'arrivée : on ne nous a rien expliqué (le fonctionnement de la piscine,ou se situe le centre de bien-être, le Wi-Fi....).et les questions que nous avons posées a la receptioniste semblait l'embêter.
Le ménage dans la chambre n'est pas fait tous les jours : c'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles
The lobby was welcoming and comfortable, the staff were generally pleasant, and the location was convenient enough. In many respects, the hotel is ok.
Good location and decent facilities cannot compensate for the fact that the rooms have virtually no sound insulation. I lost hours of sleep on both nights because of noise from the neighboring room, and management showed no interest in resolving the issue beyond a casual apology. One of the worst hotel stays I have had, and I will not be coming back.
Great to have a pool at the hotel. Air con was amazing to come back to considering how hot it was. Hotel bartender in particular was very friendly.
Not a lot of seating at the pool, lots of people reserving seats who weren't at the pool.

La climatisation et le fait qu’il y aie une piscine, ainsi que l’option (petit) hammam et salle de sport au cinquième ainsi que la localisation sont parfaites. Les produits rituals sont un ajout certain, ainsi que les cafés dans les chambres.
Certains standards ne correspondaient pas à un 4 étoiles: personnel à l’arrivée qui ne précise pas d’emblée qu’il y a la salle de sport au 5 eme mais que la climatisation n’est pas réparée; que les chambres soient oubliées d’être nettoyées alors qu il s’agissait d’un séjour de plusieurs jours et que nous devions redemander à plusieurs reprises que cela soit fait (pas de mention label green), ce qui a été pénible; petit-déjeuner peu fourni une heure avant la fin, ce qui oblige les clients à venir plus tôt; pas toutes les sortes de lait végétal à disposition; piscine petite qui est rapidement bondée; personnel ne mettant pas à disposition dans l’immédiat les linges de piscine aux client.es; pas d’explication à l’arrivée sur le lieu du déjeuner, la piscine, le fonctionnement du bar mais juste le prélèvement bancaire et la distribution de la carte avec un mot sur l’ascenseur; que l’hôtel ne précise pas qu’il y a un prélèvement de caution de 20.- par nuit à l’arrivée (certes remboursée ensuite). Par contre, personnel très serviable et davantage professionnel dans la salle à manger, même si une personne pour gérer tous les clients est insuffisant.
