Great location and lovely staff, great to have a free luggage storage too and felt very secure .
It was a bit noisy early in the morning with the cleaners working on nearby rooms. But nothing ridiculous , just not the place for a lazy morning
Room was ready when we arrived which is always a bonus! The room was great, had everything we needed, including a fridge, robes and slippers. There were biscuits, bottles of water and a box of chocolates left for us, nice little touches and much appreciated. The shower was incredible, the bed was comfy and the room was warm enough.
We ate in the hotel restaurant, the food was excellent and the staff were really lovely.
One of the towels was unusable because it had a lot of orange stains on it which was a bit off putting. The pillows were more like sponges, they weren't overly comfortable but that's more of a personal preference. The hotel is close to a Dart station but it's still a fair walk if you're wanting to go into the city centre on foot and the closest Luas station is across the river.
Room, Location and Breakfast was lovely.
No Irish Staff. Staff spoke all the time between each other in their own language. Not very welcoming.
The hotel bar manager (female) was so friendly. She was super helpful.
It was close to the Bord Gais Theatre which is what I wanted.
The shower was unpredictable and was scalding. I disliked this as I had an eight year old with me who could have gotten burnt.
Two lamps in the room did not work. This was avoidable, bulbs should be checked by house keeping.
The breakfast was pricey and didn’t even have orange juice available. The fruit was also not fresh. Bananas had brown spots etc.
One last observation - the mirrors on reception were filthy, the entrance door windows and fire door were filthy and certainly not cleaned regularly. It isn’t a minor fault but definitely lacks professionalism of a big hotel group.
Good breakfast. Very nice cleaning. They not only clean but organise my stuff.
Iron in the room.
I hear everything. Sound from corridor. Sound from next room. Sure they heard me. Normal talking you can hear.
Also guy on reception ( older one) speaks English but with strange accent. It was hard to understand what he is saying. My English level B2_C1. I am not native speaker.
Rest people on reception were fine.
Also when you book through booking it is not clear if you book room or bad.

It was cold during the night and the heating was off, only to find that our baby was straggling to sleep because she was feeling cold, but we called reception around 4am to switch on heating and they did. We appreciate that
