Enjoyed our time at your property
Pros:

Upon arrival from a long day of travel I was kindly greeted and welcomed to the hotel. Thank you for a warm welcome and easy check in upon arrival. We ate dinner one evening and had phenomenal service and great conversation with staff when asked for suggestions in enjoying Ireland for our Holiday. We will be back in the future and intend to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Cons:

A little noisy as windows faced the court yard. Also, it would have been a nice touch just to have one fan to move air around with the hot weather conditions.

L emplacement et le personnel sympathique

Cons:

L hygiène rideaux dans la chambre tachés tres sales et toilettes sales derrière l acceuil, vaisselle grasse et pas propre pour le petit déjeuner, pas de maîtrise de la langue française mais surtout ce n etait pas propre, un gros probleme d hygiène pour un 4 étoiles nous avons fait mieux en Irlande.

Il primo giorno quando abbiano fatto ingresso in stanza dopo il check-in aabbiamo trovato dei teli sporchi appesi dietro la porta del bagno, probabilmente dei precedenti occupanti della camera. Questo mi aveva fatto dubitare della pulizia. Inoltre fa troppo caldo nelle stanze, anche se siamo stati in un periodo particolarmente e insolitamente caldo,, ma purtroppo manca l'aria condizionata. Ci hanno fornito di un ventilatore. I letti matrimoniali sono un po' troppo piccoli

Buen alojamiento para disfrutar de una ciudad increíble !!!

La habitación familiar de buenas dimensiones, muy bien de limpieza y el personal en general muy amable . Distancia caminable al centro de unos 15 min aprox .

Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut.

Keine Klimaanlage, die Fenster lassen sich nicht ganz öffnen. Jetzt im August war es sehr heiß im Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof, da gibt es eine Tür ins Hotel die so laut zufällt, das die Nachtruhe mehr aus gestört ist.

Fa parte di una catena alberghiera ed è ottima per offrire servizi ai turisti o a chi viaggia per lavoro. Ampia scelta a colazione. Pulita. Personale preparato e disponibile. Disponibilità di deposito bagagli sia del check-in che dopo il check-out. Abbastanzanza vicino al centro, raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi. Ad un passo dalla stazione ferroviaria di Pearse Street.

Stay was quiet, peaceful and location was great for what I needed it for.
Pros:

Was close to where I needed it to be for DCC
Staff were excellent and friendly.
Rooms were clean and modern.
Food was lovely and did not have to wait long for it to be given to us.
Bonus for me was that it was quiet.

Cons:

On arrival the room we got, the aircon was faulty and would not turn on. This would have been the only draw back. The staff however were excellent and resolved the issue for us (my choice) to use fans. Which was fine as most of the day we would be away.
