Heerlijk hotel met zwembad. Goed gelegen voor diverse touristische attracties.
Pros:

Schoon en groot genoeg voor ons 5 personen. Er was een zwembad wat we vooraf niet wisten. Kinderen helemaal blij. Goede uitvalsbasis voor meerdere bezichtigingen, zoals ring of Kerry. Heerlijk restaurant met snelle service

Cons:

Enige herrie van buiten (er zit een bar aan de overkant). Maar de herrie was gelukkig niet de hele nacht door.

Lovely hotel, staff excellent.
Pros:

Staff couldn’t be more helpful. My son who is autistic was having a meltdown as we had stayed in a different room on our previous stay there and they couldn’t do enough for us. Got us changed to the family room we had been in on our last stay.

Property fine. Rude and boorish staff

Cons:

Windows dirty. The staff were very rude. Customer care was not high on their agenda. Short staccato sentences, rude to me and my children. Not enough staff either, no one to be found at reception generally speaking. Overall extremely overbearing and boorish staff, which was disappointing. I am going to Killarney for years, first time I have been treated like this

It was clean and bright.

Cons:

The swimming pool was tiny but for sure my own fault for nit investigating more beforehand. I probably would have saved money and stayed in a b and b..otherwise. quite expensive

Было замечательно и удобно. Очень рекомендую.
Pros:

В основном все понравилось. Прекрасная кровать и тихие соседи. Удобная парковка. Вкусная еда. Супер локация.

Cons:

Все было хорошо. Только договаривались что будет детская кроватка но ее не Оказалось. Все остальное прекрасно. Завтрак был великолепный.
