地理位置很好，离水户站近，楼下就有便利店。樱川步道近，可以沿着步道去千波湖、偕乐园。

最好每天都可以更换毛巾。住了三天，没更换过毛巾，没打扫过房间。

快適に過ごせる部屋
Pros:

部屋が広くソファーやズボンプレッサーも部屋にありとても良かった。また駅からも近くアクセスが良いのも魅力。

Cons:

自販機がホテル内ではなく外にあり夜中は扉が閉まっている。近くにあるコンビニで買い忘れたときに不便だった。

Pros:

All staff members has been always super kind and helpful with my questions and requests.The room I had was very big and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and walking distance to attractions. I also liked the buffet breakfast.

The shower and the sink drains were visible, just below the bathtub.

綺麗でした。

Cons:

トイレの排水の音、自動センサーが3時間沖ぐらいに流れるのが、マジでムカつく。寝れないし、うるさい、ホテル側も気付かないのかな？大した綺麗なトイレじゃないんだから自動センサーは切って貰いたい。
