Friendly, welcoming and great staff. For an airport hotel, it was fanatic.
La ubicación (para el día de vuelta a tu país de origen) es excelente por su cercanía al aeropuerto y, además, el hotel proporciona un servicio de autobús gratuito para traerte del y llevarte al aeropuerto. Las instalaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia y con unas vistas excepcionales del paisaje y de una parte de las pistas del aeropuerto. Muy tranquilo y silencioso (apesar de estar junto al aeropuerto). El personal de recepción era muy profesional y todo muy organizado de vista al turista. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y variado. Resaltar, el servicio de masaje (servicio extra) en la habitación muy profesional y de adecuada relación calidad-precio. Volveré siempre que viaje a Japón.
No había nada que no nos gustara. Quizá sólo apuntar que el desayuno estaba más dirigido a gustos occidentales y nosotros hubiéramos preferido más productos propiamente japoneses. Por su ubicación, no tenía cerca medios de transporte cercanos para ir en tren (por ejemplo) a Tokio, por lo que había que ir al aeropuerto para poder tomar un tren que te llevara a Tokio. Pero todo bien.

Large rooms, convenience store, free buses to the airport and into the town. The sauna and onsen. The size of the rooms were great too.
It is definitely dated, and in need of some renovation particularly the carpets and swimming pool. It would be nice if the pool was more kid friendly - toys, slide or something. Otherwise there is really nothing to do at the hotel or the surrounding area with kids. It would be nice if they had some kid activities or at least a play area inside or outside. I understand what we were in Japan but I do feel the foreign language skills of staff could be improved - they are dealing with so many nationalities. At least encourage them to use DeepL for accurate translations.

L'hôtel est si peu cher pour sa qualité et son service, les chambres sont si spacieuses, les lits confortables, les équipements de l'hôtel sont top, des magasins sont directement à l'intérieur pour vos derniers achats, le restaurant à l'air top mais nous n'avons pas pu y aller par soucis de timing. La navette est très pratique et gratuite, nous avons pu aller en bus dans un centre commercial et etre ramené à l'hotel gratuitement, pareil pour aller à l'aéroport nous avons été conduit par une navette gratuitement donc c'est un gros plus.
Je n'ai rien à reprocher à l'hotel il repondait à toute mes demandes, par contre il faut savoir qu'il est très excentré donc c'est à prevoir à la toute fin du voyage.
