Völlig überteuertes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage.

Cons:

Die Bettwäsche im Zimmer roch schlecht und die Laken waren zerknittert und schienen bereits benutzt. Ich mußte das andere Bett nehmen. Die Lüftung im Bad war nicht abzuschalten und so laut, daß Schlafen ohnen Ohrenstöpsel nicht möglich ist. Die Qualität der "Nahrungsmittel" des Frühstücks hat mich fassungslos gemacht. Insgesamt ist das Hotel absurd teuer für das, was es bietet. Einzig hervorzuheben ist die Lage in einem sicheren Viertel und den Shuttlebus - wobei der Busfahrer nur freundlich war, um Trinkgeld zu bekommen. Ich habe noch nie gehört, daß ein kostenloser Hotelservice Shuttle mit Trinkgeld bezahlt werden muß. Ein Taxi vom Hotel aus zu bekommen, ist von dort fast unmöglich und absurd teuer - obwohl ich vor Buchung extra im Hotel angerufen habe und die Zusicherung erhalten habe, daß ein Taxi innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach Anruf generell verfügbar sei.

The room was nice.

Cons:

The desk booked us on the first airport shuttle out the next morning. That morning the desk clerk said we weren't booked and there wasn't anymore room. Had to pay for an Uber. Luckily one was available quickly.

Nice room and staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning was very loud. Shuttle arrangement was poor. I tried to message them the day before through the email message option but it didn't work. We ended up having to leave at 3:20 am, 3 hours before our flight. She finally said the message option didn't work.

Everything was great but the beds.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient.

Cons:

The sleeping. We were in room 225. The mattresses on both beds were awful. Neither my husband or myself got any sleep. We were upset that we paid so much for the room and couldn't even get comfortable in the beds.

Pleasant overall, but a few comfort issues need resolving.
Pros:

The property was clean and well-maintained, including my room. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The manager even allowed me to text with any questions and/or concerns. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The bed pillows are way too soft! No firmness, whatsoever. And the room couldn't maintain the same temperature for more than 15-20 minutes, at which time the A/C would kick-in. And the A/C was extremely loud....as in jet engine sound. And finally, the ventilation fan in the bathroom ran constantly (24/7), with no shut-off option. These issues caused me to toss & turn the entire night. I only really slept for approximately 2-3 hours.

There was a smell in the elevator which was really funky. I only got 1 channel on the television. For Sunday night the cost was a bit pricey.
