Always my Go To Hotel in Clark, Pampanga. Great staff, facilities and location.
Pros:

This is my 4th time staying in this property and I always book it whenever I'm in Clark, Pampanga. They were nice enough to give me a room upgrade too during this stay. They also accomodate my late check out request. Staff are also very polite and accomodating. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

It was great and conveniently located. Staff were warm and very accommodating. Breakfast and the evening cocktails were excellent Carmela was extremely helpful and provided superb customer service..thanks. 😊

Surprising to see renovated facilities. Hotel has really improved!
Pros:

Better facilities except the wet carpet near the lift. The lobby AC was dripping.

Cons:

The lobby AC was dripping on the carpet but the housekeeping peeps werent doing anything to warn guests or maybe put something to catch the droplets of water. Room was crowded for 4pax.
