The staff were extremely helpful. Perfect location
Obsługa była pomocna i chętna do udzielania wszelkich informacji. Dodatkowo wspierała mnie, gdy źle się poczułam. Jestem bardzo miło zaskoczona, jak ludzka, uśmiechnięta i gotowa do pomocy i udogodnien osobie chorej była obsługa - naprawdę WIELKI PLUS. Pokoje były schludne, czyste, pościel świeża.
Menu w restauracji mogłoby być nieco szersze, woda powinna być uzupełniana codziennie w pokojach - nie raz na pobyt, szczególnie, gdy panowała fala upałów. Ceny w sklepiku przy rejestracji są dość kosmiczne :P
Komfortowe warunki w skrajnym upale. Pełny spokój. Idealna czystość. Miła atmosfera w holu w oczekiwaniu na dalszą podróż, żadnych problemów z bagażem.
Nietransparentne zasady. Zostałam zaskoczona dodatkową opłatą 80 zł za pieska. Odmówiłam, gdyz apłaciłam online cenę całkowitą za pobyt z pieskiem, którą podyktowała aplikacja.
