Well placed for Cambridge City centre but lacking the expected Hilton luxury.
Pros:

Check in very smooth. Room comfortable.

Cons:

For the Hilton's luxury reputation the hotel didn't feel as special as expected. For example you would expect proper coffee in the room rather than instant and fresh milk rather than sachets. The extra £35 for car parking was a shock as this wasn't mentioned at time of booking and made the hotel poorer value than others we could have stayed at.

I booked the restaurant a few weeks ago as it was my husband's birthday and they said on front desk when we checked in you are all paid for room and booked in restaurant tonight when we went to restaurant at 8 o'clock they told us we could not go in as they had let a group of 25 walk in so the kitchen could not cope I thought that was absolutely disgraceful also when I checked out they had charged the room to my credit card again will never use them again

Perfect location for the wedding at Emmanuel College, and a comfortable and clean room, and lovely breakfast.
Pros:

A stone’s throw from the wedding venue!

Cons:

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the property at all, it was however a bit pricey.

Pros:

The room was wonderfully spacious, and the huge bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was a dream and kept the room at the perfect temperature throughout our stay. Everything was well maintained, and the valet parking service was excellent and very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Cons:

The bathroom was very spacious, but we felt the layout was a missed opportunity. If guests are being encouraged to help the environment by reducing towel washing, perhaps replacing the bath with a large walk-in shower would be a more meaningful environmental step. The available space could accommodate a stunning shower with multiple shower head options, making it more accessible and enjoyable for all guests. There was also plenty of room for his-and-hers sinks, which would have added a real touch of luxury.

A very pleasant long weekend.
Pros:

The breakfast and evening meals were of a very high quality.
The hotel parking was very handy and the hotel was right in the centre of Cambridge.

Mooie locatie, fijn ontbijt, kamer was niet zo schoon
Pros:

De locatie in het centrum is fijn en toch is het rustig. Het personeel was meer dan behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was geweldig met veel vegan opties.

Cons:

De hygiene van de kamer en badkamer. We kwamen veel zwarte haren tegen. Kauwgom op de grond etc.

Cons:

The staff was useless, couldn't understand a word they said. The hotel was well over priced then there was an extra £35 a night to park the car which was a 30 minute wait everytime because no one was there to open the gate!!! Left a day early could wait to get out of there.

Pros:

Tried to check in 3 times kept saying room was not ready then at 6:30pm told us it would be ready in an hour. We missed our dinner with friends due to the delay, our room was still not ready so upgraded us to a dirty not cleaned room eg: some towels had been used the bed was fresh and made if not we would have left, the toilet had been used, toothpaste opened was on side in bathroom and a few waste items on floor in room, then next morning cleaner just walked in not expecting anyone to be in room.
