It was during graduation days, I think they were a little overwhelmed (missing items in bathroom, room prepared unevenly depending on the days).

الغرفة مساحتها ممتازه ، النظافه كذلك ممتازه
والموقع اكثر من رائع

الموظفه التي في الاستقبال (من اصول شرق اسيويه)عندما طلبت تأخير تسجيل الخروج بعد الساعه ١٢
لم يكن اسلوبها جيد في الرفض علما ان زملاءي تعاملو مع شخص اخر بعدي و اعطاهم الى الساعه ١ الظهر و اعتذر بطريقه لبقه جدا لان الفندق كان محجوز تقريبا كل الغرف
ولكن اللباقه و محاولة المساعده لم اجدها مع الموظفه
خاصة اني عضو هيلتون (اعتقد اني احتاج اراجع ولائي لفنادق هيلتون)

Excellent location and base for our holiday exploring the region.
Pros:

Excellent range of food in the breakfast buffet and all freshly cooked and replenished. Hotel room very comfortable and staff very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the hotel giving my daughter and I neighbouring rooms. I also really appreciated the secure parking and hotel location.

Cons:

There was nothing that my daughter and I found negative!!

The place is very convenient.

Cons:

We asked for a big taxi for 6 persons, and the hotel reception sent a very small taxi which confused us. We had to wait for another one which made us almost miss the train.

Uitstekend hotel, midden in het centrum
Pros:

Valetservice! We kwamen voor met de auto en ze parkeren de auto voor je. We hadden een kamer met 4 personen en dat kan als je de hele dag buiten bent. Personeel is internationaal en heel behulpzaam. Mooie lobby, uitstekend ontbijt.

Cons:

Onze familiekamer lag aan het einde van de gang, vlakbij de goederenlift en de ruimtes voor housekeeping. Dat gaf ‘s avonds laat en in de ochtend veel lawaai.
