The friendly staff
There was no AC in my home. I was given a fan that wasn’t working well

Three is not much that didn't meet my exception.
The hotel was lovely, and the staff very helpful. We were attending the International Conference Centre, and the hotel was in the perfect location. The rooms were very comfortable, with everything we needed to be comfortable, including a small fridge! 👏
Unfortunately, when we arrived we found that our room hadn’t been cleaned & made up, but the manager quickly sorted that, and kindly gave us a complementary meal and drink, which was lovely after our journey. That’s what I call excellent service!
Unfortunately the air con unit wasn’t working, but we had a good tower fan for comfort.

I was not Informed the swimming pool was closed, The pool was the main reason I booked this hotel.
There was an iron and ironing board.
Room incredibly poor. Dated. Discoloured bath. Old furniture. Corridors looked old and tired. Overall vibe of the hotel was very tired and dated. That would be fine if the price reflected it but it was expensive for one night.
The staff were simply awesome..
My family and loved Cari, Marie, Liz, Meg (Receptionist) and Meg (Diner). All the staff were awesome. Surely, Holiday Inn has won our heart.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by greenery. I loved that i could see the trees and grass and squirrels from my room window. I also loved that they showed the world cup games at the bar area.

Staff and we were upgraded very comfy air conditioning room
Was a mix up with half board we were told by 2 members of staff 1 drink included with the package and on check out needed to pay for the drinks which was a shame.
Staff friendly and helpful
Ooked a room with an extra bed, when we got to the room there was no pillows ,duvet or sheet for that bed.as we had been in to Cardiff and didn't get back till 12.30 in the morning having to wait another 45 mins for bedding wasnt idael
