Die ausstatung war toll und es hat eine sehr gute lage
Location was really good, close to the river, pubs and restaurants, 2 minutes to Sainsbury's. Breakfast open buffet was delicious. Bed was very comfortable and clean.
Parking was decent £5 for 24 hours.
There wasn't a mini fridge in the room, so there wasn't any water to use for the kettle. But there was water available for the guests in the lobby.
Breakfast had a good selection if you wanted continental.
Hotel communal spaces were nice.
Booked a Standard King size bed room but received a double bed.
Food area was messy and tables/benches needed wiping down. Poor full english breakfast.
Room (number 118) was right next to lifts - Very noisy from traffic noise and people using the lifts.
Bathroom had lots of mould.
Only two teabags.

Café da manhã bom, com o básico necessário, mas sem muitas variedades. Cama confortável, quisemos pegar uma cama extra large, o que era para ser uma king no Brasil, mas na realidade no UK as medidas mudam, então era do tamanho de uma queen. Banheiro muito bom!
Vaza muito barulho dentro dos quartos, infelizmente pegamos a nossa estadia justamente quando um grupo grande de pessoas se hospedou no hotel e foram fazer alguma festa ou confraternização fora do hotel e acabaram chegando no hotel de madrugada. Pessoal bêbado, barulhentos, batendo as portas sem dó, um entrando no quarto do outro para possível after party, falando super alto... acordamos várias vezes de madrugada, meu esposo foi reclamar na recepção e soubemos que vários outros apartamentos já haviam reclamado também, de diversos andares. De manhã também acordamos com portas batendo no corredor e aspirador de pó sendo usado no quarto do lado...
