Pros:

Breakfast - there is a gluten free station and a list of gluten free options. The evening meal was great, again, staff ensured my dietary needs were accommodated without issue

Cons:

The sink needed attention as it was blocked and the TV didn't work. Both sorted quickly.

Excellent stay, lovely room and great staff
Pros:

The room was spacious, modern, fresh and very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice. We dined in the hotel one evening and the food was surprisingly good. I was booked it because of the good reviews and I can honestly say it did not disappoint.

I am not happy with stay

Cons:

The property itself was good, and we came to stay with our family. However, there was no drinking water bottle provided in the room. At around 12 midnight, we looked everywhere for water but could not find any.

When I asked the receptionist, he said they do not provide water bottles for the room because we booked a “medium room.” I was very surprised because I paid £252 for the room, and still they could not provide even a simple water bottle that costs only a few pence.

This felt very unfair and disappointing. We have stayed in many hotels before, and this is the first time we experienced a hotel not providing drinking water in the room. Because of this experience, I had to give a low rating.
