Location and staff were great

Pros:

Good location for walking into the city centre and Warhammer World. Air conditioned. Bar and restaurant is great option if you don’t want to go out in the evening.

My Stay
Pros:

Bed, breakfast, drink facilities in the room..

Cons:

The socket for the phone was broken. The plug to release the water in the bath was jammed.. one of the bath towels had a big hole in it. The dressing gown in the waldrobe had a big stain on the sleeve. Had breakfast in my room, but no condements were sent, ie salt etc. Not quite an executive room. Although not 4star, but basic things should be checked and working ie bath plug.

We had a great stay. Fabulous evening meal cooked by chef GUI? (Hungarian)
Pros:

So pleased with the room. Unfortunately the television wasn’t working and we were wanting to watch the World Cup. Luka tried the best to get it to work but decided to move us next door. Thank you Luka. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good indeed.

Pros:

Great venue - good brekkie - good food choice evening dinner

Cons:

Men's toilets downstairs flushes weren't working on morning of departure.

2 of the boys in our group both got ill after eating chicken wings on the Saturday night

Short and pleasant stay in central Nottingham
Pros:

Location to city, price, modern and quiet.

Cons:

Thought breakfast was based around a full breakfast rather than those who like more of a continental style. Still enough for everyone to eat something though.
