Clean, comfy and a great nights sleep.
Pros:

Loved the room it was so comfy and nicely decorated. The whole place smelt brand new! The restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating which is what we needed after a long trip. The prices in the restaurant were reasonable and the kids menu was fab. Me and the kids loved watching the birds visit the little waterfall on the patio during our meal. Everyone slept well and we had the most lovely view of the trees out our window which was totally unexpected! Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

We didn’t get breakfast included in our rate and it was a little pricey to add it for four of us.

A truly hospitable hotel in Telford
Pros:

This is one of the most hospitable hotels in which we have stayed. It exceeded our expectations by some distance. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and good value. All staff, whether on reception, in the health suite or housekeeping, were friendly and efficient. It was pleasure to stay here.
The hotel is only a few minutes drive from the very interesting and scenic Ironbridge UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Cons:

I cannot think of any improvement.

beds were really comfy and it was really close to lots of eating places. Staff were efficient and polite. Easy check in. pool was great - just need to be told about booking.
