Bed was so comfortable, front staff were lovely, it was a nice warm clean modern room.

No sound proofing in the bedrooms, listened to the guy next door snoring all night, so left the TV on and nodded off.
The prices in the bar were comical double rum and ginger ale £18.50.
Glass of coke and a small Twix £6.50 this is a budget hotel in telford!
The pool and sauna area were completely over run, it was a child's play ground. I was advised to book a slot for 7.00pm when closing times. were at 8.15p. Again the staff were lovely however it looked manic, so I left and didn't return... I did book to use these facilities.

Enjoyed the stay, but one night was ample.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness and the majority of the staff. Reception staff were excellent.

Cons:

Lack of awareness of gluten free breakfast availability. Attitude of male bar person who was arrogant and didn’t smile once. No safe in our room,even when we were told there was.

A very enjoyable relaxing stay
Pros:

Very clean hotel with very polite friendly staff where nothing is to much trouble. The hotel is well equipped with a pool and a Gym which free to use for hotel guests but it is advisable to book in advance at busy times. Very nice lounge area near the bar and a very nice restaurant for breakfast and evening meals but bar meals are also available if you don't want a formal sit down meal.
The rooms are really large and well presented having two double beds, Air Conditioning, a very large TV wall mounted, a very clean en-suit and tea and coffee making also ironing board with iron and hair dryer.
One of the big pluses is there is plenty of on site parking which is free of charge.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.
