First visit since revamp and definite improvement
Pros:

I had stayed here under its previous name and it has certainly benifited from a revamp.
The rooms were improved by new furniture, the bed was really comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows.
There was a good enough selection on the lunch menu to find something to like and the same with the breakfast buffet.
I used the gym and although not the biggest there was enough for a good work out. For some reason the gym was almost empty, unlike the pool which was very busy.

Cons:

No complaints, a good stay.

Pros:

It was a great location and beautiful presentation throughout the hotel. Very impressive and staff were very polite and helpful. We had a great breakfast with a beautiful view. Everything was very pleasant and we had a one hour swimming session with kids. This is far more luxurious for the price we paid and food was amazing! All the facilities were excellent! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit this place.. beautiful interior and very clean bathroom and rooms were well maintained.. nothing to complain about! All I can say is excellent!

Pool very busy
Pros:

Clean, spacious good breakfast

Cons:

Biscuits,tea and coffee were not refilled in our room. There was only 1 packet of cookies for 4 guest check ins. Coffee was missing and no enough milk.

We could not make use of the pool as it had to the pre booked in advance. But we only stayed for a night and we checked in late, so how are we going to book a swimming in advance?

A great location for access to the gymnastics comp my son was competing in. Wonderful staff :)
Pros:

Gurwinder on checking in was lovely. She set the tone for the stay :) we enjoyed the table football, and the pizza was enjoyed too. Will stay again next time.

The air conditioner was performing very poorly. It was making a lot of noise and was not providing any heating.
