Best Western Plus Madison-Huntsville Hotel

Asian restaurant is very good

I stayed here for a few days and the front desk associates were very nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. However unfortunately housekeeping DID NOT they are very rude and every time I request towels or toiletries there's a problem they act as if your getting on there nerves for asking them for supplies. They make faces and have nasty attitudes all around . I was going to stay here for 3 more weeks while I'm here on a business trip but after the service I received today me and my family will not spend another dime in this establishment . I feel as if I'm paying MY MONEY TO STAY HERE AND DONT ASK FOR ROOM SERVICE DAILY AND ALL I ASK IS FOR CLEAN TOWELS AND MORE TOILETRIES THATS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO ! THE FACT I ASK FOR 4 AND ONLY RECEIVED 2 TOWELS and told that's all I could get IS INSANE WHEN I PAY TO STAY SOMEWHERE I EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT NOBODY WANTS TO STAY SOME WHERE AND GET TREATED LIKE THEIR THE BARE MINIMUM BY HOUSEKEEPING STAFF. OTHER THAN HOUSE KEEPING IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE BUT THEY HAVE DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS AFTER THIS ! Courtesy of their housekeeping and nasty attitudes .

Staff were very polite

The bed was decently comfortable but that was really the only good thing.

The price for the room was great, the room was clean, and the bed was very soft. The breakfast was really good and hot. The staff was very nice and friendly.

A travel voucher was online when I checked in and pointed it out to the clerk. $50 was to be applied as a “gift” for being an “Elite Member” in their program.
When I got home I learned that they’d charged me the $50!!
I called and got the same clerk, he remembered, and stated that the manager had applied the charge to my card. He agreed to correct it, but did not.
It’s still on my card days later.
This is how they treat their “Elite Members”?? No thanks!

Took 7 rooms to finally get a clean room. From bugs to hair to water.

I stayed there before and I thought it was a great place to stay again. However we ended up in a room with black mold and ended up having to go to the emergency room for treatment

This hotel was listed Best Western Plus. It was absolutely disgusting. The rooms were dirty, holes in the curtains, lamp without lamp shade. The pool was so old all the tiles were off. The hot tub was growing green algae. The bathroom in the lobby was beyond gross. We were staying for the whole week. We quickly packed up and left to find a new hotel.

I rarely leave a review for a hotel unless it is excellent or terrible. Unfortunately, I don’t have anything good to say about this hotel. The reviews and pictures are so misleading. The room had an overwhelming smell of (cat?) urine and mold. It was visibly dirty. There was pet hair everywhere (which my mom is very allergic to animals) and spider webs. Within the first 10 minutes of being in the room, we saw TWO spiders. The room next door had a dog that was barking loudly nonstop, which I realize isn’t the hotels fault, but was definitely the icing on the cake. Our eyes were burning and watering from the smell, so we decided to find a different hotel to stay in for the night. The front desk staff was apologetic and offered us a different room, which we appreciate, but we still didn’t want to stay here. We couldn’t get a refund which was fine, we just wanted to get out of there!

The staff overall was excellent. From checking in to the overnight was just accommodating to our entire group. We too full advantage of sitting out in the lobby enjoying family and we wasnt the quietest but was respectfull. The staff actually welcomed the entertainment. I stay in alot of places and when i vist this area, i most likely will return.

The toilet leaked and the faucet did not turn on properly
