VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Asian restaurant is very good

Cons:

I stayed for two nights and received a key at check-in.
However, at 8 a.m. on the third day, the housekeeper suddenly entered the room without knocking. At that time, I had just taken a shower and was wearing my underwear.
A little later, the front desk called the room complaining that no one should be in the room.

At checkout, I was shown the record, but on the second night, the room number had been changed to a different room, but the guest was not notified.
The front desk explained that it was a problem with the hotel's system and did not apologize at all.
I received the best service. I will never use this hotel again!
Not recommended for travelers.

Housekeeping is rude
Pros:

I stayed here for a few days and the front desk associates were very nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. However unfortunately housekeeping DID NOT they are very rude and every time I request towels or toiletries there's a problem they act as if your getting on there nerves for asking them for supplies. They make faces and have nasty attitudes all around . I was going to stay here for 3 more weeks while I'm here on a business trip but after the service I received today me and my family will not spend another dime in this establishment . I feel as if I'm paying MY MONEY TO STAY HERE AND DONT ASK FOR ROOM SERVICE DAILY AND ALL I ASK IS FOR CLEAN TOWELS AND MORE TOILETRIES THATS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO ! THE FACT I ASK FOR 4 AND ONLY RECEIVED 2 TOWELS and told that's all I could get IS INSANE WHEN I PAY TO STAY SOMEWHERE I EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT NOBODY WANTS TO STAY SOME WHERE AND GET TREATED LIKE THEIR THE BARE MINIMUM BY HOUSEKEEPING STAFF. OTHER THAN HOUSE KEEPING IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE BUT THEY HAVE DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS AFTER THIS ! Courtesy of their housekeeping and nasty attitudes .

NEVER AGAIN

Staff were very polite

Cons:

Don’t book this hotel if you want to use the pool it was disgusting 🤢 hot tub was out of order too
Hotel room floor was also very dirty couldn’t walk around the room with nothing in your feet dirty dirty. Tv didn’t work in our room😡this hotel is definitely one of the worst best westerns I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely should not be advertised as a PLUS

Place smells

The bed was decently comfortable but that was really the only good thing.

Cons:

Went because reviews on booking are good and pictures made it look fantastic. Was met by a less than kind host and an overwhelming smell of air freshener. The halls were dirty and the first room we were given was also dirty. The room, 119, had stuff on the walls, the floor and the room smelled very sour. I have a 9 month old and with the distracting smell, i asked if it was possible to get a different room. Apologized to the woman at the counter for the inconvenience and before she said anything else she replied with "well did you get your stuff out of the room?" I was unaware theyd agree to move me, so no. "Well get it out! We'll move you"

My husband and I remove our things and head to the front. She calls someone without speaking to us and says, with us standing there, "I dont know! they said the room smells MUSTY" with an eyeroll and obvious irritation.
We were moved to a cleaner room but it still smelled off.
The pool and hot tub area are closed down for maintenance and other comments say they have been since sometime in July.
