The shower was nice. The bedroom was clean.

Cons:

All elevators except the service elevator are broken. Bed lumpy but clean sheets. Couldn't find where they had breakfast so I didn't get any.

Cons:

No microwave or refrigerator in the room, the A/C was spitting water out the vent, the bathroom didnt have a vent fan (would steam you out), the pool was ice cold, and the breakfast was cold by the time they served it, biscuits were hard as a rock. Its okay if you just want somewhere to sleep and shower and thats it.

Hotel was dated plaster on ceiling was falling off in our room and hall way...Pillows were flat...had to call room service to bring trash cans for bathroom and sleep space

Cons:

My parents room was a handicapped accessible room. It had a horrible odor like previous pets were there. I appreciate the use of service pets but not everyone wants to stay in rooms that have been utilized by furry pals. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room to help with the odors but it felt like they were only covering the smells and didn’t address the real issues of cleanliness.
