Stayed here many times but did not seem as good as past visits.

Location right off I 40. Comfortable beds.

Front desk left me with nothing

The location is great not to far away from anything. It is clean and comfortable

Cons:

At check in they person charged my card then told me that they made a mistake and I needed to pay again because the first one got voided out somehow. The problem was that money was taken off my card and couldn't be put back for 3to4 days meanwhile I now had to use the money I brought to buy food and enjoy my weekend and was left with nothing....no compensation was offered to me for there mistake and my weekend was now completely ruined.

Pros:

Nothing much that I liked. This is fairly a very regular hotel.

Cons:

The lobby had such an awful smoke odor that my family felt very uncomfortable walking to the room
