Good clean hotel with easy highway access. Pro tip: good coffee and ice cream 5 minutes away in downtown west memphis
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and updated.
Bed was slightly uncomfortable.
The stay was nice and the room was very clean and comfortable
The bathroom was a nice set up except the shower class was installed the wrong had water on the floor after shower
I thought it was quite expensive for the quality of the hotel
It was at a convenient location for our travel plans. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was exceptional for the price. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot.
The fit and finish in our room was not up to the standards I would expect of the Radisson. The showerhead attachment was loose. The bathroom did not have enough hangers for the towels. The curtains over the one window were not adequate to keep the light out from the parking lot lights. Two of the plugs made poor contact with chargers and seem to be loose inside.
My stay is been nice I love the atmosphere and the rooms are nice will be coming back to stay.
Front desk lady was very sweet and made our stay very welcoming.
I did not like that the room had not been mopped and that had to call the front desk for it to get done.
Our group stayed at this hotel two different times while on a bus tour. This hotel is old and the rooms are in dire need of an update. The mattress was old and should be replaced. All four pillows on the bed were thin and hurt my neck. The bathroom still has a tub. They should at least put a grab bar in for safety.
The breakfast was decent. There were various items to choose from. The breakfast/lounge area was very loud. It was almost like voices were bouncing off of the ceiling.

Avoid this Hotel at all cost! I have stayed at all properties along I-40 adjacent to the Casino. In my 40 years of traveling this is the worst overnight stay ever. The Property is the old Clarion Hotel from the 1980s they did a touch up remodel. The Walls are paper thin and the insulation and sound proofing is horrible and not close in comparison to newer constructed hotels.
The meat of the issue was they put My wife and I next to a family with small children (Which I believe) were friends or connected to ownership.
Screaming and constant Door slamming which was outrageous. I wish I could upload video I took that is time stamp as an example. Imagine several wall shattering door slams at least 6 times.
Also the housekeeping banged on my door the first morning after those door slams and didn't even
have us down or paid attention to the checkout sheet as a stay over. That disrupted my rest and I didn't wake up until 1:30 in the afternoon and I missed going to a museum and another location. This was my birthday weekend also people so I was trying to be understanding and humble.
*Also I requested towels from housekeeping and the attendant couldn't understand a drop of English and she had her 8 to 9 year old son with her helping clean rooms (Which im sure is against Arkansas Labor Laws) have to translate to me and he said give them 10 mins. Do you know I watch the first half of a basketball game and it was over 1 hour 10 mins. I had to go to the front desk to get towels smh.
The first night I let it past because I figured it was just one night...boy was I wrong between 6am & 7am screams, door slamming over and over. Went to the front desk complained. The staff was nice,I complained this ruined my rest and knowing I had a drive ahead I was very sleepy and irritated. We escalated this to price line and I spoke to the owner of the Hotel,he tried to make it like it was my fault for not saying something which I did the 2nd day. How was I suppose to know the same guess were staying 2 nights like us. When they went to tell them of the noise complaint the guest of that room said tbey were leaving, but they stayed on property another Hour and 20 mins and still made noise,i reported this at 8:38am and they didn't leave until almost 10:20. We came in about 2 or 3am and it was quiet as a church. My Stay was horrible and the fact they didn't discount or adjust my rate (Especially being im a person of color) thinking I want something for free was evident. A woman before me checked out early stating she had a emergency and the clerk said they would adjust it. This same clerk was told by another Representative to adjustment rate and contact the owner to let him know. I called him and he never called back. Said I didn't say anything about it the first night. Guest satisfaction is just a saying at this place. I had to pullover at a rest stop for an hour and walk, drink energy drinks because im sleepy behind the wheel. You jeopardize my Safety due to a unsatisfactory stay. So my recommendations are : NADA,NEVER,NO AND STAY AWAY. Holiday Inn Express,Tru,Candlewood or Comfort INN Stay there if you can't book a Casino Room. P.S. the pillows are wore out and too little and your neck is going to be sore. We waited a whole week and heard nothin to follow up on this until today. I wanted to hold off to give this place a chance but now you have it.
It was my husband and I 31st anniversary!! We took the shuttle bus to the casino and back. The breakfast was good, but there was a school trip with lots of students! !
Love staying
Very clean !
There was 2 bus loads of kids that stayed the same night as we did and the breakfast area was so crowded and very noisy.
