Run from this place! Not worth the price at all!!!

Cons:

There was no water to the building. They had known about it all day yet did not notify me that the water was not expected to be turned on until 10 or 11 pm. I had traveled all day and there was not water. I needed to refresh myself so I went to the pool for a dip. The pool was covered in debris. The water was on by moring but then out again late the following night. A man using a wet/dry vac was in the hall, which was loud at 9:30 at night.
I wrote to the manager and asked for a refund for the first night or at least a partial refund and did not even get a replay! I have given the property a few chances to prove itself. Each time it has let me down. NO MORE!

Pros:

The bed was not made the room was dirty. There was no pillows a throw wrapped up on the middle of the mattress. Hair in the shower, sink and the chair was all stained so was the couch.

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable but found a hole in the sheet 😀Staff at the front desk are very good at what they do, check-in was smooth. Very polite. No problems with them at all.

Cons:

The neighbor had kids running and yelling in the hall at 10:15pm.
Mother was tone deaf to ordinance @ 10pm city wide including hotels.

Very upset and will not stay here again!!
Pros:

Location was Great but the room was crowded it wasn’t a suite the couch bed was disgustingly filthy the bedding was dirty and wasn’t changed. The couch bed itself was all stained with blood and it stained it thru the mattress. Trash under the couch with a dirty shirt that was left behind. The floor wasn’t mopped so it was sticky and dirty. The night attendant was Great provided clean linen we where too tired to complain. It says breakfast but they only had coffee and a muffin that is not breakfast!! Will not book here again Very disappointed!!

The room not being cleaned properly and the bedding on the sofa bed was disgustingly filthy stained with blood thru the whole mattress. Trash under the couch along with a shirt from the previous renters. Floor wasn’t mopped and was sticky. Very upset on the condition the room was in. It was not a two bedroom suite everything was crammed in the room had to readjust the couch so we could all walk around in the room thats false advertising
