Pros:

Comfortable room and bed. Great hotel.

Cons:

It was advertised we’d have the complementary breakfast. When I asked, they said since I went through booking.com, the lady at the front desk said it didn’t apply to me and my two children. It was an embarrassing moment.

Our stay was short but comfortable
Pros:

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The location was just what need to visit Old Town San Diego. Check was seamless.

Cons:

The bar tender on Saturday night was a little short and rude when asked about ice, even when the front desk referred me to her.

Lovely staff, unfortunate facilities
Pros:

Location was great, staff were very helpful, restaurant was good, though expensive.

Cons:

It took three tries to get a tolerable room. In the first one, the AC made an awful noise all the time. In the second, an accessible room in a different building, the refrigerator was open and there was a soaking wet towel in it. They took care of that quickly. I was going to stay in the room, but when I took a shower, the shower head was so low I had to crouch to get under it, and the handheld kept veering off to shoot outside of the tub. Plus there was almost no counter space, definitely not enough for two people. So I got a new room. It was good, except there was this ticking noise. I never could find the source and I just lived with it because I couldn’t deal with moving again.

Parfait petit séjour à SD
Pros:

Incroyable résidence dans Old Town San Diego, facilité de stationnement dans la rue mais également parking privé payant si nécessaire. A proximité des musées et du "farmer market".
L'hotel offre véritablement une qualité de service avec un personnel d'accueil au petit soin.
J'ai tellement apprécié San Diego et l'hôtel que je suis restée 2 jours de plus que prévu.
La réception s'est arrangée pour que je puisse conserver la même chambre sans avoir à déplacer mes affaires au milieu du séjour.

Cons:

Ça serait sympa d'avoir des fontaines à eau à proximité des machines à glaçons.
La piscine est à l'ombre l'après midi.

Très sympa je recommande
Pros:

Propreté, modernité et personnel très agréable.
Le parking est grand est coûte 30$ par jour. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon et est ouvert jusqu’à 22h.
L’hôtel permet d’aller dans la vieille ville (old Town) à pied (8min).
