DON'T DO IT!!!! BUGS AND DIRTY!!!

Not one thing.

Cons:

It was dirty.
They tried to make me pay for the room twice.
We all got bit by bed bugs.
We had to put sheets on the floor to walk around because our shoes were sticking to the floor.
The staff were unhelpful.
You had to park in a gated parking lot with several doors to go inside, but weren't allowed to enter or exit any parking lot door, therefore they made you walk all the way around the building with the entirety of your luggage.
I had to clean our own toilet.
There was no microwave or tv cable cord.
