Cons:

staff Naz was asking us to call booking.com because 1 room is not paid by booking.com to hotel after waiting in queue, we were like we paid and for 1 week every day we were staying in different motel no one had issue, so motel staff should call booking.com they should not ask customer.
staff naz dial number and hang up right away and said they did not answer her phn, it is obvious that they willnot answer wit will be on hold with music
Finaly when we call we find out that staff Naz was entering wrong price for the room thats why payment was not going through

Everything inside the rooms are cleaned, Customer Service employee's are great in what they do. And so far the people's that stay at the hotel everybody keep to themself and mind their business. The breakfast is also great in the mornings They needs to start selling orange juice and apple juice everybody don't drink coffee in the mornings.
