For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.
Housekeeping service is provided every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a weekly cleaning service is included, which covers dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and changing of linens and towels. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a nominal fee.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment purposes. Cash payments are not accepted.
For guests travelling with pets: a maximum of two pets per room, each weighing up to 40 pounds, is permitted. An additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability.
Any damage to linens (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels) caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item.
Smoking within the property will incur a penalty of USD 250. A designated smoking area is available.
Unauthorized or unregistered guests are not permitted. An additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night will apply for any unregistered guests.
A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.
Please note that parking for Multi-axle vehicles/RVs etc is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property.
1. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout.

After booking the room for May 1-8 and paying at property. May 2nd office lady comes to room to see if we were there saying they didn't have proof we paid. Showed payment removed from acct. Said she would let us know if she found payment. Never heard nothing back from them then on May 6th. Some guest shows up trying to get in the room office just rent our room. Went to office to again show where money was taken out of my acct. Over night office work said I would have to talk to manager in the am. When I go talk to the manager she said I cancelled my reservation with booking.com and my money was refunded that I shouldn't be in that room. Acting like we were trying to scam the property. Said I was refunded the money on a virtual card.
My kids had a great time in the pool
Had requested 2 rooms close to each other. One on first floor the other on 3rd floor. Had to move room because the first on was dirty. The second room was closer to my other room but the tub was so stained it looked dirty. The smoke detector was going off till 2 am before front desk just came and unplugged it.
Dirty bathtub broken dishwasher none plugs work had non smoking rooming but smell like weed

The only thing good about this day was some of the employees and that's it!!!!
Things I didn't like about to say was no TV for 3 days, no remote control for the 3 days, I kept having to ask and ask and ask and ask and still on the 3rd day going on the 4th day still nothing, no TV, no remote. Next, when I booked online they seem to have problems with the reservation and would not stop all day everyday knocking on my door stating they could not find my reservation both times!!!! This is not a place I would recommend ANYONE to stay at especially if you want any type of service at all!!! Yes, there were a select few employees who were amazing but, WITH NO TELEVISION, NO REMOTE, NO WIFI 50 % OF THE TIME, NO ICE MACHINE, ETC ETC....I'd DEFINITELY recommend staying elsewhere.
Hard to find. Lights in the room were mostly out. No remote controls for tvs in the room.
I have been here for 2 weeks and my room is huge, quiet and clean. Towels and linen shower curtain are fresh and the bed is a bit lumpy, but I'm old. Front desk Ms. Tish is super friendly and helpful. A great value on a budget.
Outside door to outside doesn't function so anyone can walk in.

The front desk was absolutely terrible at check in. The white lady got into an argument with me because she misunderstood the situation of my bookings.
The rooms are absolutely awful. The beds had a dent in them and my back is in pain.
