Perfect
Pros:

I liked the location since it was closer to everything I needed. Breakfast was good. The staff were really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.

Malgrado prenotazione fatta tempo prima e pagamento gia effettuato su booking, causa overbooking non abbiamo avuto la camera. Dopo una giornata on the road con due bambini piccoli, non accetto. Soprattutto non co è stato detto chiaramente e dopo un’ora accampati nella lobby ce ne siamo andati scoprendo solo a posteriori dell’over booking. Pessimo

La ubicación es muy buena

Cons:

Que hubo un par de días donde no arreglaron la habitación, la tarjeta o llave de la habitación estaba mala, el aparato nunca la asimilaba.
Si quieres lavar la ropa tienes que pagar con crédito, en otros hoteles es con crédito o monedas.
Lo bueno que tiene un microondas por si quieres calentar algo para comer ahí y tiene una excelente ubicación.

Excelente hotel, pero muy mala gestión administrativa ⭐⭐⭐

Servicio de cafetería todo el tiempo

Cons:

El hotel me gustó mucho. Las instalaciones, la habitación y el personal durante la estancia fueron muy buenos, por lo que no tengo ninguna queja sobre ese aspecto.

Sin embargo, mi experiencia con la parte administrativa fue muy mala. Hubo varios errores con mi reserva que terminaron generando cobros indebidos. A pesar de que estos errores fueron revisados y reconocidos durante mi estancia, ya ha pasado casi un mes y sigo sin recibir la devolución del dinero que me corresponde.

Esta situación me preocupa mucho, ya que he tenido que invertir tiempo haciendo reclamaciones y todavía no obtengo una solución. Mi recomendación para futuros huéspedes es revisar cuidadosamente todos los cargos y conservar todos los comprobantes de pago.

Espero que el hotel mejore sus procesos administrativos, porque realmente las instalaciones y el servicio merecen una mejor gestión.

We booked during July 4th weekend and we love the convenience of the park across the street for the fireworks. We also loved the option of a couple of walking distance restaurants around the hotel. Staff was wonderful and friendly.

This was less Holiday Inn and more Holiday Out.
Pros:

To be fair, the welcome cookie was really good — possibly the most reliable part of the hotel experience. They also let me keep my luggage there for a few days due to my flight issues and delayed return, and surprisingly, there was no drama about it. So yes, the cookie and the luggage storage department deserve the marks whatever I give, rest all goes negative.

Cons:

The lift was broken, which honestly sums up most of the experience. There were 6 floors and only 1 lift working, so cardio was clearly included in the room rate. I stayed there for 2 days, then came back after a week, and surprise — the lift was still broken. At this point, I assume ignoring maintenance is part of the hotel’s long-term sustainability plan.
The room key was also so outdated that it worked only when it felt emotionally ready.

But honestly, all of this could still be forgiven. The real highlight was the billing. I booked the hotel for USD 140, then needed to extend for one more day. I asked if the same rate would apply, and they verbally confirmed yes — then charged me USD 180. A nice plot twist.

And it still does not end there. I could not collect the bill at checkout, so I have been asking them for more than a week to send it. They have not even replied with a yes, no, maybe, or “please stop emailing us.”

I guess the Holiday Inn we see in the rest of the world is very different from this one. This felt more like Holiday “Out.”
