Pros:

They have cockroaches and will not refund you. BEWARE. Only was there for an hour and they came out, disgusting, I left! Rooms smell moldy and dirty carpet/ showers.

Ok place to stay for the price
Pros:

Check in was smooth. Plenty of parking. Easy to access downtown, Little Havana, and the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included. They didn't offer water at check in. The TV and picture looked like it was coming from a straight antenna - not cable or satellite - from the 70's.

Great value for money with a great location.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and there was always coffee on the ground floor. This location is walking distance from shopping malls and groceries.

Cons:

I could not get the staff to clean my room. You had to request cleaning and when I did it was never scheduled. This was not bad though as i got extra towels and supplies when I asked.

Pros:

Estuvo acorde precio-calidad no se puede esperar mucho. Edificio viejo e instalaciones viejas.

Cons:

Había mucha gente fumando en la pileta, cuando había cuarteles que decía no fumar, y había olor a cigarro en las instalaciones, así que NO es tabaco free. Yo estaba con mi bebé!
No tienen desayuno de ningún tipo, tienen un restaurante al lado del hotel que ofrece desayuno pero nada barato ni bufet, no lo recomiendo.

Close to shops and clean.
Pros:

Our stay was short like 2 tonighst. The room was clean and. Comfortable. We didn't have time to explore the hotel pool and other areas. Hotel is walking distance to a bunch of shopping stores and restaurant.

Cons:

Out balcony view didn't face anything interesting but new apartment construction building and back ally of stores in the area.other than that it was ok.

Clean enough, budget option for a quick trip but badly in need of a renovation
