I would not stay again.
Pros:

Late check in accommodated by a friendly reception lady.

Cons:

The sheets were covered in several hairs. The sofa bed did not have a sheet and the mattress was stained and very dirty.
The first room we were sent to was already occupied.
Strong smell of smoke on our pillows and very strong pungent smell in corridors.
Drawers missing from the furniture.

Everything the place was disgusting had to go buy cleaning stuff myself room was never cleaned after last persons stay still had clothes under the bed microwave was nasty bathroom had a ring around it and was dirty.
It was full of drug addicts people yelling and screaming all night bathroom had mold ac filters had mold dresser had dirt in it and was missing bottle drawer plus much more wrong with it

Renovation of this Facility Needed ASAP

Cons:

The rooms are in need of renovation asap. The pictures shown on website do not match what is found when entering the room. The furniture is old and in disrepair, showers are old and fixtures are hard to turn. There's no dresser to unpack suitcase, and stovetop heating elements don't maintain heat to cook anything. Luckily we had our toaster oven with us to prepare food. The hallway carpeting is stained and needs replaced, Surprised that we had no access to a mop just to mop up spills on the deeply scratched and dirty floors.No broom either.. The room rates don't match the conditions of the rooms, too expensive for what is supplied.

Never stay here!
Pros:

I can’t say one good thing about this place.

Cons:

They didn’t have a room for me when I got to the motel. I at there at 130am and the clean half way straighten a room (made the bed with dirty stuff on the bed) next to morning they still didn’t have a room for me. I was told it’s summer and they over sell all the time. So I have been fighting since to get a refund. So far no luck.

Nothing.. I was recommended by a staff member not to stay there.

I didn't like that after the staff member told
Me not to stay there, I was charged for the room after I am as told I wouldn't be charged. I spoke to an agent at the hotel and they told me I would get a refund and never gave one!

Unsatisfactory and Unpleasant

I didn't like anything about the facility.

Cons:

The facility didn't have towels available to guests the room has roaches and mold in the bathroom ceiling. Water was on the floor in the room and they messed up the reservation was posed to have two double beds only gave us one double bed and a pull out soft bed.. The soft let out bed was broke the attendant tried to help my fiance. I was very disappointed and devastated. Me and my family are displeased with our stay the Extended Stay America. very disappointing experience for my family.
