From the appearance online, the hotel looks beautiful. But that is as much that I can say about anything being positive about this experience.
The room is dirty, infested with bedbugs, roaches, and I even daw mouse droppings. The surrounding area is sketchy along with prostitution nearby and drug addicts on the property.
Everything was OK but you shouldn't advertise breakfast. It was not a real breakfast. I didn't care for the bed but others in my party were ok with it.
Breakfast.
We also wanted ice & that was a big NO. They only had a table top ice machine like I have at home.
The room was infested with roaches.

Close to everything, room was decent size and clean. Staff were very rude.
Checkout is at 11, but starting at 8am they are knocking on your door and your Tv reboots while your child is watching cartoons. I let the manager know and they still continued to knock, one guy walked right in our room at 9 am and if you seem a little frustrated, she threatens to kick you out saying your not going to be rude to the staff.
Well what would you say if a man walked in your room and your 7 year old daughter is watching cartoons in her pjs.
I was upset, not rude, as any mom would be.
She has no compassion and wields her position around and says you won’t be refunded if she puts you out.
I witnessed her throwing a gentleman out one day because we waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for someone to attend the desk, he was going to be late for work. All valid reasons to be upset.
She didn’t acknowledge her fault or the staffs faults, we were all absolutely wrong and that is not the typical response I am used to at Extended Stay properties. That is not good customer service.
The side door rarely worked.
The pool gate rarely worked.
We needed towels and were given pool towels for our room.
I can excuse the minor inconveniences, I checked out and went to a different hotel because of the managers attitude.
I have used extended stay off and on for years, this is unacceptable.
We have about 2 months until our home is built, so we are trying different hotels instead of our regular extended stay. That is how serious I take compassion for people. If you don’t like people, you should not be in the people business.
I don’t know, what’s two months for a room run? That’s what she just cost you.
I explained in the previous box.
Manager and staff attitudes
It’s close to the highway
I had to ask to change rooms because the door lock didn’t work, the toilet or either the tub was leaking it left a puddle in the restroom ( I had just got in the room). The bedding had a stain on it. I asked to be moved and the lady at the front gave me the run around.
The hotel is clean and is located in a great area it is convenient for me on where I have to go.
One staff had a attitude.
All of the staff was amazing and I’m grateful to have been surrounded by such wonderful people.
Big room , with everything in room , like a small apartment
Water pressure in shower is very less
I like where it was located and that it had a living room and kitchen.
Shortly after we checked in the toilet was plugged up and almost overflowing. I called the front desk and she said rhere was nothing she could do. She informed me the room next to us #244 had called about 15 minutes before me and said their toilet was plugged also. She told me she asked manager if she could call someone to fix it or move people to another room and she said absolutely not. Lady at front desk offered me a plunger 🪠 which I had to go get because she wasn't allowed to leave the office. When I got the plunger from her she said she called manager again and was told that she would be in at 7am to deal with it, it was like 9:30 or 10pm. I started plunging the toilet and the plunger was wore out and collapsed and turned inside out, so it wasn't refilling with water to push down the hole. I was eventually able to free the clog after using the worthless plunger for about 12 minutes. We had 4 people in our room and 2 of them walk with a walker or cane, having to 1st floor to use a public wasn't a reasonable option. We also were excited that it had a kitchenette but found there were no utensils, plates, glasses so was rather worthless.
The price was decent and the front desk staff was extremely nice.
Quite a few other people are residents of this hotel, and they spend an awful lot of time hanging outside the exit door smoking cigarettes meanwhile, if you’re outside doing something, they seem to be extremely nosy about what you’re doing, and they don’t know how to mind their own business.
Good access to airport.
The room was filthy, dirty and smelled. We were only staying one night for an early flight or I would have asked for a better room, if that exists. I almost fell in the elevator because the rail was falling off the wall. The bathtub looked like a crime had been committed there. We did not want to take a shower and touch anything. This hotel needs to get better cleaning staff and fix things that are broken or damaged.
Nothing besides the girl at front desk.
There was nothing to like, the room smells like smoke, the tub was dirty and there were no breakfast.
