No power rude front desk an no coffee
Pros:

Lost power 2 times, front desk lady rude, from check in till she left at 430. Needs to learn patience. No power for 2 hrs, asking for backup plan, she again rude, I was there with my 7 yr old grandson. Then asking for coffee pot for my room, whewww, for 180$ night, it sucked.

Wasted a bunch of time at the front desk waiting! And checked out we were there for 2 hours and only 10 minutes in the r

No staff waited at the check in counter for a half hour before we were greeted. Locked our one and only key in the room and waited another 25 minutes at the front desk before finding a house keeper to let us into our room.

They Unfairly KEEP YOUR MONEY!!! Paid NOT to stay!

Well, I likes it when I booked it thinking it had a vacancy.
Oh and the lady at the desk.

Cons:

They, the hotel, took my money unfairly. I get there, deak receptionist asks for ID and I habd her my license, she hands it back and tells me that there are no vacancies.
WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR A ROOM I DID NOT OCCUPY??????
Only to have contacted customer service to be told the hotel does not WANT to return the funds....

El barrio era bueno más la entrada era muy fea porque era por han calle oscura y poco visible

Cons:

El alojamiento es caro para lo que es , mucha gente dando vuelta por todos lados , tuvimos un sofá cama con los resortes que se salían ! muy básico, tal vez para un pasajero más básico

I will not stay in this hotel ever again.

the room not clean,dark and if you need the towels you need to bring the old one and wait for almost a day to get them back.
