Lots of broken things. No cold water in sinks, no working TV remote. 2 extremely flat pillows. VERY SLIPPERY SHOWER. It was okay, but definitely needs some repairs

Staff was great and helpful. The hotel itself wasn’t satisfactory at all. Horrid smell. Dirty carpet. Ants in the room.

Pros:

The location is perfect. It is a 5 minute drive to the stadium and the roxy.

Cons:

There was a strong smoke smell( the illegal kind) walking in the front door, and along the whole first floor. They also say that breakfast is included, but the only thing they had was 6 muffins and a pack of granola bars. This is in no way considered breakfast. They also charge for the internet.which is a bit disappointing.

Great stay for the price
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and moved me to a bigger room when my room wasn't ready. It was a nice little walk to the Truist stadium but an enjoyable walk.

Cons:

Pool was not yet open on 5 May but should be soon

GOOD EMPLOYEES AT FRONT DESK MAY!
Pros:

Erica and Dinnessia were very careful and clear. TOOK TIME TO HELP.
Erica found out different important. Dinnessia clearly took the client into the world of finding info.
THE HOTEL STAFF is great.

PLEASE EMAIL TO THE two emails to the employees. IT MUST GO INTO THEIR FILE. SO POSITIVE.

BRANDEN AND MEAGEAN Are awesome they treat you like family.

Cons:

Well my room door needed repair. This is not fault of the maintenance staff look like a lot of renovation and upgrades are happening. I felt so safe there

Affordable stay if in a pinch.
Pros:

Very quiet, decent location. Easy check in.

Cons:

Doors didn’t all have card access, back ones broken. Seen roaches 1-2 times. Took forever to get dishes & pots. Stove & dishwasher didn’t work, never had someone look at it as promised. Bathroom humidity was insane. The covers on the pull out couch were dirty when we checked in, they did replace it. WiFi went out a lot and I work remote.
