I liked everything. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The hitel was quiet and it offered an exercise room.
The refund of the deposit takes too long.
The hotel's website DOES NOT LIST EV CHARGING. That is because there is a ChargePoint charger in the neighboring parking garage that charges $20/hour after 4 hours with late email notice. I received a notice at 3:30am that charges would begin incurring at 3:45am. Naturally I wasn't aware of this until I was awake the next morning. The hotel's website is correct. Kayak's description is not.
The location was great and the staffs was outstanding. Very nice and helpful. Thank you all.

The lobby and common areas I visited were clean and tidy. The room was a little dated, but very clean upon arrival. Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food, but the hotel is pretty close to a mall with lots of restaurant options nearby. The staff was phenomenal. Super friendly and welcoming every time we came back to the hotel. Even though we didn't drink or eat at the bar, the staff there were also very friendly and chatted with us regarding the world cup match ups.
**Not sure where to put this, but the hotel is towards the outskirts of Atlanta and if you want to go downtown you will either have to drive and find parking or take public transport. We preferred this as we had a little one and this way we didn't have to worry about high noise levels outside the hotel.
I think the biggest issue with the hotel is the parking. As others stated, the parking is up a hill, accessible by either steps or a steepish hill. I have a disability placard so I was lucky enough to be able to park close to the door my entire stay, but spaces are very limited even for disability parking. If you do not have a placard and have any mobility issue, please keep this in mind when booking.
Location was great
Every thing was good
We stayed here twice and were allowed to check in early both times. Th hotel is very clean, and the staff is very responsive.
Staff was welcoming and the property was just one mike away from my hospital
The breakfast could have been better, but for $10 it was decent. I loved the proximity to Truist Park. I loved my overall experience and I will book here again.
Phoned and spoke to hotel employee prior to booking to verify that the swimming pool was open. Upon arrival, the room key card machine was not working for over an hour. The room was hot when I entered, so I turned up the AC and went about my evening outside of the hotel. When I returned 5 hours later the room temperature had gone from 78 to 74… unacceptable. Requested a different room and was accommodated. The deadbolt lock didn’t function in this room and there was a phone with no cord…. The AC did work! Went down the next morning to find that the swimming pool was being remodeled. Day 3 requested in the early AM that the room be cleaned because I needed bath towels. Returned to the room at 10PM and it had not been touched. It took 40 minutes to receive towels and washcloths. Parking is inconvenient and not well lit as it is up a steep hill with stairs. At 74 years old, I can say this has been my very worst hotel experience. It was necessary to run back and forth to the front desk because there was no functioning phone in the room.
The quiet comfort.
Cost of breakfast.
