Pros:

The location, lobby and bar area. Most of the staff were polite especially the young lady that got us checked out.

Cons:

The additional parking plus electric car charging fee that should've been included with the valet services. Which also isn't listed on the site. The additional cost for breakfast which was very basic for the charge. I've experienced chefs on-site cooking omelet at no additional cost. I overall several guess say the food wasn't worth the price. The 2 complimentary water bottles was really 1 half drunken bottle left in the refrigerator. I found 2 bloody floss picks left in my trash. Several different strands of hair in the sink and shower. Guest services took over 20 minutes to bring the items we requested each time. Valet took 30 minutes so I decided to get my vehicle myself but the dude immediately greeting me upon arrival, very strange that I didn't wait outside once I got there. It's unfortunate we had so many issues. The hotel was nice and in a great location but I wouldn't stay again.j

Location. Felt safe the Tabernacle is literally steps away. Comfortable beds.

excellent and easy for downtown anything
Pros:

very comfortable bed and nice room. Clean and modern. Alo liked that I could park for a reasonable price

Cons:

i thought maybe there was coffee shop in the lobby or even a coffee provided but must have missed it. I did not use the coffee thing in my room because I do not believe in wasting all that plastic.

Pros:

The location was perfect , everything we did was walking distance .

Cons:

Since the hotel has no microwave in the rooms , it would've been nice to have a few in the lobby somewhere for guests .
