Hotel was excellent asked for a king and ended up with 2 double beds.
Pros:

Parking was a nightmare and ended up costing way more than expected. We also had to walk a great distance for a 77 and 66 year old.

Cons:

Parking and the price of it.

Cons:

Didn’t get the room I paid for and receptionist wasn’t very friendly or apologetic. He was very blunt about me having to deal with what I got.

Outstanding, but the amount for valet parking seems excessive.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was great. Impressed by the shower and appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The bed, the comfort of the mattress, the pillows, and the blankets were outstanding. Bar tender and restaurant staff were very professional and friendly.

Cons:

I didn't appreciate being charged $55 for valet parking. I was there for less than 18 hours from check-in to check-out, so the amount seems excessive. When I arrived, I asked where to park, and there didn't seem to be any other option besides valet.

Bittersweet! Had a great time, just not happy about surprise fees.
Pros:

Mostly paid for location because venue was super close to hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like being charged for the insurance that wasn’t mentioned on the listing. Also, thought breakfast was included which was another reason for choosing the hotel. But it wasn’t and really overpriced. Would not have been an issue if mentioned in the listing. Other hotels seem to be upfront about these things but this one was not. Just didn’t like these unexpected charges! Also, not having a choice to decline the $50 valet parking. Again I understand it being downtown and wouldn’t be a big deal if they had been upfront about all the charges. Like they nickel and dime you every chance they could get but sneaky about it. Not cool.
