Staff worked with us on an extra night, a tv remote that needed new batteries…very kind and helpful.

Small things need to be fixed such as floor in elevator that is starting to lift, door to room stuck so an extra push was needed to close it. The outdoors needed weeding, bushes trimmed…

I would stay again if needed.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and clean. The room was just what we needed for a one night stay after a concert.

Cons:

We had to keep adjusting the thermostat, and it didn't stay adjusted until about 3 or 4 a.m. The room was too warm.
