Pros:

My wife was in an ortho boot and on crutches and he put us in a handicap room for the lower tub which she greatly appreciated without asking if we wanted it.

Would return if in the area again.
Pros:

Everyone was great. Nice hotel andvery clean.

Cons:

The beds we ok if you were just sitting watching TV. But they were too soft. My and I both thought same thing. We both just tossed and turned all night. I'm sure that is a personal issue and not the hotel. The beds seemed to be of a high quality, but for me they were just too soft.

For the cost of the hotel room, it definitely fell below my expectations. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
Pros:

Overall for the most part it was decent

Cons:

I typically not want to complain. I usually say nothing. But a point check for the beginning the person checked me in was not friendly at all really didn’t tell me any information which is typically standard as far as where my room is how to get there. I was not even told my room number i had to look on the envelope given with the cards. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day but throughout the week whatever I saw him it was the same type of greedy our attitude or whatever you would like to call it.
