Please note that only weekly housekeeping services are provided. For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more.

The employees that I did encounter were all very friendly.

Cons:

The entire hotel reeked like weed. Our room hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. The floor was slippery / slimy, our room smelled damp and greasy, I honestly don't even know how to describe it. There were clusters of dirt all over the floor, receipts from previous tenants underneath the couch that hadn't been cleaned. Overcast from the trash can all over the walls. It was just a disgusting room overall. If we hadn't arrived at 1:00 in the morning and I got to see everything in the daylight we absolutely would not have stayed there. I complain to management and they did end up giving us 20% off our stay which was appreciated but It was still so disgusting.

We booked a queen, the bed was a full. I shouldn’t had to clean the room:
1) tub/sink had hair
2) floor was dirty
3) no pots, dishes, etc

The staff was friendly and the location was nice

Cons:

The room was dirty- wood floors that weren't mopped, chairs with dust on them, and the pullout couch mattress was covered in what looked like mice feces
Also, the workout room was closed.

Horrible and will not come back
Pros:

The location close to restaurants and stores

Cons:

Never had pot and pans to cook, toilet paper, cans around to take garbage, washer and dryer never worked right for the whole time here, staff overbooked never refunded, only person friendly is the supervisor and one male staff member that works here

Pros:

Well, they couldn’t supply pots of pans they said they were scratched up, or toilet paper, laundry hadn’t worked for whole stay, told supervisor was brought to staff laundry, staff overbooked me and never refunded wound up paying 3,000 for the stay, absolutely horrendous!
