There was no attendant, just a placard that says dial this number to talk to night attendant, he would not check us in because he said we arrived too late. It was super weird and we had to try to get another place to sleep and that proved to be difficult

The space and location
The first room I was given was clean but you can smell that they had just fumigated in there and washed the carpet and because of that the carpet was extremely wet and I do have kids so they weren’t able to play on the floor, I had to ask for a new room cause the chemicals were so strong, being pregnant and having asthma just wasn’t mixing, The other room I was given had roaches and smelt terrible, I had to go to Walmart and buy stuff for the room to be at least comfortable since I had already paid for the two nights and there were no refunds! The worst experience I ever had with a hotel I will never stay there again!
The total price was great, location and size of the room were very good.
The lobby did not offer coffee, if it did the good must have been very early.. also I did not see coffee pot available in the individual rooms. If I missed something I didn't see any signs of coffee. I had to go out each day for coffee ( hot).

I'M STILL WAITING FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE NIGHT I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE
The room was clean. Bedding was clean. I like that there wasn’t any carpeting. And the pool was clean.
I would’ve liked a better grab and go breakfast. And there should be something on the website about paying a $100 deposit and then having to wait almost 2 weeks to have it refunded. Patrons should be told that upon booking a room.

-Everything BUT the early morning front desk representative, she was very professional, agreed and apologized.
- Serious Infestation of roaches, place should be shut down and quarantined its so bad.
- Outdated appliances
-False advertising and misleading pictures of rooms and expectations vs the reality.
- UNCLEAN/Nasty ROOMS, had the audacity to put down clean towels and linen and it was still dirty with from the last guests booked, when I immediately asked for another they said they were " booked"
- $100 HIDDEN DEPOSIT FEE (NO mention of a refundable deposit on Booking ) but when arrived and asked "why?" they said "it was at their discretion"
One of the representatives even made excuses for the building not being updated and not having the proposed amenities as told on the app. I
practically ran outta hotel way before check out time, Couldn't even turn off the light without worrying about all the roaches. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
