The staff at the counter was very cool especially Ms. Guyanese American and the supervisor lady
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful the croissants was the best . The gym was awesome and the pool was ok. Was cold

Cons:

A heated pool or hot tub would have been nice.

Had an okay stay. Most were friendly however, towels are certainly a commodity!

Did not have breakfast onsite.

Cons:

We were a family of 4. Towels were seemingly an issue. We initially arrived to the room with 3 towels and 3 washcloths for 4 people! When we asked for extra towels (to ensure all individuals have their own) the front desk brought an additional 2. The following day we left the room, returning back later in the evening to find all the “extra” towels were removed and not replaced. Again went to the front desk and no one answered the request until the following day and that’s when housekeeping showed up with 3 hand towels!

wonderful accomodations
Pros:

we tried to stay elsewhere at first but the lady at the frontdesk did not know how to build a reservation and told us to book online, It was raining so we just went next door which landed us at your facility and we were pleasantly surprised and you were 10$ cheaper! Their loss. thanks again

This was a nightmare.

Cons:

They didn’t clean our room, make our beds, etc. for four days. The desk chair, refrigerator and remote control were broken. There were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch. And management was unresponsive.

No tub, restaurant was not open even tho we called for a reservation and they took it at the hotel, bathroom had a door stopper in flooring as you stepped out of the shower, accident waiting to happen, toilet set cover all yellowed, yuck
