Pros:

Location, staff and amenities. Great having food and drink on premises. Clean and comfortable. Pete at the front desk was warm and welcoming and Samantha at the bar was friendly and efficient

Cons:

Hard to find something I didn't like. Great location for a hotel. Staff was amazing. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed was amazing. If I HAVE to pick a gripe, it would be that the cookies aren't just out for you to take. Btw, the cookies I'm mentioning are given to you when you get the room and taste DELICIOUS!! I asked for 2 when leaving and they accommodated!!! Will 100% be staying there again.

Pros:

Very clean. Close to major highways yet very quiet at night. Courteous front desk personnel.

Cons:

The dining area was getting remodeled so I was unable to eat breakfast on sight.

Pros:

The room was decent sized and clean. The 3rd shift front desk woman was kind and helpful.

Cons:

The couch in our suite was downright uncomfortable. The fridge was empty (no mini bar). The smell in the hallway was very bad, and when I followed my nose to the ice room next to our room, it smelled like a rotting corpse was in there... literally the distinct smell of rotting meat and bacteria. I had to complain twice before our room was moved. The café/lounge menu was very small and the medicore food took a very long time to come out. The front desk guy Brian gave me the creeps. Overall, me and my girlfriend felt dissatisfied and agreed we would NOT be coming back.

Pros:

Clean, new, nice pool. Bar is a great addition. Rooms super clean! Easy access to expressway. Loved this hotel!

Convenient and comfy
Pros:

The location is central and good and beds are comfy- some rooms have nicer roomier bathrooms and some have small ones - but all the other items are just so so

Cons:

The second elevator in the middle of the building has been broken for the last three times we’ve stayed there with no site of it getting fixed. This is ridiculous as the hotel is booked often and should definitely have that option. It is a long walk from the opposite side of the building.


In addition, many of the bathrooms that are older are very small. Only some rooms have nice roomy bathrooms.

None of the refrigerators work well they don’t let the items get cold or freeze them

They should definitely have discounts for people who stay there frequently, and we have never been offered or an upgrade

Unfortunate
Pros:

Warm cookies at check in.

Cons:

Our room was filthy upon check in (dog hair and dog food everywhere, yellow crusty stains on the bed, and to the paste and lotion all over the bathroom counter and mirrors). Front desk was notified of this and offered to move us to a different room. This room was just as dirty but also had a foul odor, so we chose to keep the original room. We needed a place to sleep. With all other hotels in the area having such poor reviews we chose to stay. Due to housekeeping not being there we had to buy our own cleaning products/disinfectants to clean the bathroom countertop/sink, mirror, and shower. We asked for new bed sheets due to crusty stains and also had to remove the dirty nasty sheets and put on the new ones. Doing all of this after check in made us late to our dinner reservation....annoying.

The housekeeping staff was also calling the room and knocking on the door prior to check out time. Pretty displeased with this hotel. Even after staying multiple times a year for the last 6 years. Sad to see what it's become.
