Breakfast Package is for registered adults only.

It was our first time in New York and the staff was great especially PAV
Pros:

We liked the shower. Liked that it had a magnifying mirror. The sheets and comforter kept us warm.

Cons:

We didn’t like that the hand towels were too short for longer haired females. The pillows were too soft and the bed was too hard .

it was not the Hilton experience
Pros:

OK, first of all the staff was amazing from the Bellman all the way to housekeeping so I will not take that away from them.

Cons:

our bathroom smelled like literal urine, and we had to switch rooms after they tried cleaning it three times. Our reservation included breakfast which they told us we didn't have an after going back-and-forth. We decided to just let it go.. other than offer to wave a couple of nights of hotel fees for the inconvenience they really didn't do much. Also, the hotel isn't a very loud area of Manhattan and it's difficult to get sleep. Obviously it's in New York City and we can expect noise, but it was just a little too much because it's right in Harold Square.

Good Central Location
Pros:

Good location. Central to restaurants and NYC attractions. Very clean.

Cons:

The hotel seems to be under construction on the outside. Photos are a bit deceiving. Not fair to people who book this hotel.
