Surprised and delighted!
Pros:

Better than expected. Location was ideal. Rooms were nice, the shower was excellent and I appreciated the CO Bigelow shower products.

Cons:

I was all very nice.

Very nice property with great and helpful employees.
Pros:

The employees were extremely nice and helpful, and we were able to check in early for a reasonable extra charge. We asked for extra pillows as well and got them super fast.

Cons:

The bed was a little too firm for me but that is just a personal preference. The room was also pretty small for the price but I understand it it New York City. The hotel is in great proximity to what we came for. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a great area and the staff was incredible!

Excellent location. Good facilities. Good concierge staff.

Cons:

Lots of compulsory hidden extras to pay at check out that were not sufficiently explained at check in and were anything but transparent on the final bill. We paid nearly £200 more than our Booking.com quote because of a variety of extra charges. Plus the reception staff were unhelpful and failed to adequately explain the extra charges at check in or check out.
Plus the family room for 4 was rather snug for 4 people. Hardly any space to store luggage.
