Overall it was a good stay for the first time it was just a different feel than what I am used to.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and pool was nice

Cons:

Hallways were a little different from what I am used to. Also there were multiple leaks in common areas.

Very averate.
Pros:

The location was the best part of the hotel. The lobby is very nice.

Cons:

The room is dated and the carpet had a run in it with staples sticking out. Paying for parking is a rip off. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. With it being a Hilton property I expected something better.

the beds were nice, linens were clean

Cons:

hidden fees of parking. i mean really, your charging me to park at the room i paid $300 for?? that's ridiculous. Also the rooms were mid, I thought breakfast was included because it was advertised as such. however breakfast was $18 per person. not family friendly. over all bleh. no thanks. wont be coming back again.

Overall great stay, definitely better than other stays I’ve had.
Pros:

Clean facility, and great staff. Food tasted great.

Cons:

Breakfast was confusing. They didn’t have coffee out, they didn’t have milk for the cereal.

Oh yeah the coffee maker did not turn the water hot today. Might want to replace it.

Great customer service the added charges were not good
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had no issues with the stay in concerns of the staff.

Cons:

I have never had to pay for parking when I was staying at a hotel. I think that should be stated up front. I also was unaware that breakfast was not included. I also think having signs up might help to let people know that would be great.

Worst experience
Pros:

First night, you have to pay for parking (doesn’t say anything about paying on website.) Someone’s car got robbed and the front desk didn’t do anything. The room service doesn’t clean up all they did was do the bed and NOT take out the trash.
