Couldn’t hook my game up to WiFi so made trip kind of boring ! And they have sooooooo many extra unnecessary fees
It was 10 minutes away from where my daughter and grandkids lived
There was nothing bad about the property
Everything
Nothing
I truly liked the room the only thing I didn't car for was the bathroom shower floor. I didn't look clean.
The beds were a little hard. And not enough covers on the bed. Overall nice I would be back at this hotel.
The staff were professional and attentive when called upon.
The hotel is old and needs updating. The bathroom was below standard. Random stains on bathroom walls are absolutely disgusting. $20 a night plus tax for parking in a large open parking lot is completely ridiculous. I understand why it happens in California or Las Vegas, but not in Texas.
The room was nice, but could’ve used a refresh.
Paid parking and an extremely long walk from check in to the elevator.
Nice quite location easy highway access
There are no restaurants other than the hotels restaurant nearby. The layout of the property is kind of maze like. The room wasn’t large but it was adequate
The suite was great for my family.
The two times I have been at this location, they only have one elevator working for a large conference group.
The bar. But it closes at 10.
The front desk was rude. The pool was too small. I booked 4 rooms one had AC that didn't work, and another had toilet that didn't work. When I reported this the staff acted like they were inconveniented by this issue. I double charged for 3 rooms and the front desk attendant said it would be back on my card in 7 to 10 days. Only one elevator worked. It was a total nightmare for me and my guest. Breakfast was just a regular continental but they charged 18 dollars!
Everything about the location was phenomenal
The placement of the elevator
Fantastic full breakfast, and loved that Starbucks was an option in the building next to the breakfast area if desired. Everything was modern and really nice. We controlled the temp of our room and it was so comfortable.
Clean
Didn’t know I had to pay for parking was not aware so that was disappointing
check out
we did not get the room that we booked. The room smelled damp and musty like mold or mildew. The bed linens for the sofa bed were dirty and stained. We were charged $20 per day for parking in thier parking lot. Only one elevator worked so it was very inconvenient when 3 tour busses of people showed up. Overall just very dirty and run down. I expected better from a Hilton Hotel. I could have rented an Air B&B house for the price of the two rooms.
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.
We had to pay 20 dollars a night for parking. The breakfast wasn't good. Instead of a a one time 50 dollar deposit it was 50 a night.
