Pros:

Tired hotel . Rooms were not very clean and house-keeping wasnt the best. Breakfast was dire and best to avoid. Some of the reception staff had serious attitude and were quite unfriendly.

Comfortable rooms, good amenities but horrible staff and by that I mean Vanessa.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and quiet and was able to rest up

Cons:

Vanessa was the receptionist the checked us out at 6:14 on 4/22. We checked out early because MD Anderson was not able to do anything for my brother. Vanessa was very rude and very condescending and would not stop her rudeness. I asked for her name and I looked at her name tag and I said ok it's Vanessa. She said, do you want my last name, I said yes and she said her last name was "fuck off". I could not believe what we lived through with her. People stay there because they are there to get life saving treatments. I will never stay there again. Can't believe you employ such people!!
