Not a good Hilton experience
Pros:

No vent in bathroom ( or not working)
Noisy HVAC
Pay parking on small tortuous lot with nails
Poor boarding pass set-up (no real seating)
No coffee station except room brewer without convenient outlet
Housekeeping just dumped towels on bed a laid new trash liner across waste basket.
Not a good Hilton experience

A good place to stay

This time I was disappointed in staff response for an extra blanket. It took three calls and about three hours to receive an extra blanket

Good stay, everything as described.
Pros:

Nice stay. Staff were friendly and helpful; room was clean and as described. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The hotel had many international guests (world cup) but it wasn't as crowded as we were expecting. We would stay here again in the future.

A/C on shuttles
Pros:

As always, the staff is great, and we could not make it without Rowdy and Sam! That being said, PLEASE fix the A/C on the shuttles. It's bad enough on the non-patients but the patients don't need to be submitted to the sweltering Houston heat! Thank you!

Stress free experience
Pros:

This location is very attentive to the needs of guests who might be visiting for appointments at MD Anderson or other area hospitals. The shuttle drivers are gracious and kind, particularly Rowdy. We specifically appreciated his sense of humor and the fact that he’s “always on time.”

Always on Time
Pros:

We have been staying at this hotel off and on for the last 5 months. I must say that Rowdy is the best. He goes the extra mile to make sure my mom gets to all her appointments. We are soooooooo pleased with this hotel.

Bade front desk service
Pros:

Driver was great. I don’t appreciate Front desk not calling him when I needed a pickup from Methodist Outpatient. I had to wait 55 minutes for a pickup when driver was sitting at hotel. This is not typical Hilton front desk experience. She needs to do her job.
