Did not stay other than in the lobby
Pros:

Booking.com and Double Tree did not mesh . We had reservation confirmed by both but no actual reservation when my wife arrived . She had to wait several hours for me to be available and work on resolution . Totally unacceptable w

Impossible to turn bath into shower. No complimentary coffee- cost me money to get low level drip coffee. No place to hang clothes in room- no closet

We were about 80% happy there were no carts to haul all our luggage back down to the car

Not a good Hilton experience
Pros:

No vent in bathroom ( or not working)
Noisy HVAC
Pay parking on small tortuous lot with nails
Poor boarding pass set-up (no real seating)
No coffee station except room brewer without convenient outlet
Housekeeping just dumped towels on bed a laid new trash liner across waste basket.
Not a good Hilton experience

A good place to stay
Pros:

Always clean, comfortable, and in a great location

Cons:

This time I was disappointed in staff response for an extra blanket. It took three calls and about three hours to receive an extra blanket

Good stay, everything as described.
Pros:

Nice stay. Staff were friendly and helpful; room was clean and as described. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The hotel had many international guests (world cup) but it wasn't as crowded as we were expecting. We would stay here again in the future.

A/C on shuttles
Pros:

As always, the staff is great, and we could not make it without Rowdy and Sam! That being said, PLEASE fix the A/C on the shuttles. It's bad enough on the non-patients but the patients don't need to be submitted to the sweltering Houston heat! Thank you!
