Room was cold, with no carpeting on the floor; heater had no thermostat - so after turning on the heat we fell asleep and awoke in a sweat with headaches. Two beds... but only one wash cloth. No cups in the bathroom - though did have some paper coffee cups by the coffee pot. Had questions about our reservations prior to arrival, but when we called the desk - there was no answer despite multiple attempts over several hours (the phone message said that someone would call us back - but nobody ever did).
This hotel is very old and run down.
We stayed for one night in room 219.
Only very few rooms are available as the entire hotel is being renovated and they make no notice of it on the website.
Our room was 2 queens. Very old and musty smelling. Everything is worn out in the hotel. Restaurant is closed. Free breakfast is coffee and microwave packaged egg muffins. Also some muffins. I wouldn’t ever stay here again. Access to the lobby is difficult also even though it’s on a main road.

The look
Just location
No ice machines in the whole hotel. Breakfast, stale, old, hard boiled eggs frozen from fridge. Staff locked front door and after I found an open door by pool entrance and then come to find staff sleeping. Very unprofessional in the whole situation.
Location
The staff was rude , no elevator , hot tub and sauna were not working , all the furniture in the room was beat up
I understand you get what you pay for, but place was old, dirty, and falling apart. The staff were not friendly at all, quite the opposite. Will not be staying at ramada in the future
Close to the venue
Holes in the wall dirty carpet no elevator
Nothing
Everything, rude staff, disgusting room, freezing cold, bugs in my room. Incompetent and inconsiderate staff. Terrible stay.
I like the location and that I was able to pay for my stay in cash and didn't need a credit card.
The room was cold, and the pillows smelled a bit unpleasant and were a bit dirty.
Location was handy
Run down
Nothing. There was nothing to like. On top of this, the first floor was under construction, visible to all guests.
The coffee was undrinkable, there was slices of white bread , no other choices, a bulk container of a cereal - Not appetizing. Poor lighting in hallways. Cheap, older decor.
Great location… close proximity to the main highway and 3 Tim Hortons!!
Disgusting, dirty, stinks and very run down. I will never stay again and I recommend you don’t either. Room was filthy smelled bad, all towels had disgusting stains on them, old food and dirt in the floor. A big hole in the hallway hidden under the carpet on purpose that I rolled my ankle in at checkout and the receptionist knew about it. I couldn’t sleep in the bed without my sleeping bag as it was so dirty and I had to spray my cologne around Mr head on the bed so I didn’t smell the old man smell of the bed. I also took a shirt of mine and put one of my shirts around it as the pillows cases were all stained as well. I couldn’t sleep go one but I’m done. Just don’t stay there, it was my worst hotel/ motel experience of my life.
Hallway was freezing, no heat whatsoever. Door was broken, dirty carpets with blood splattered. Blood crusted on the side of the sink. Walls were stained and filthy. We left after 2
Minutes would not let my children stay here.
Very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. Towels were fluffy. Everything in the room worked but as for super clean, not so much. Adequate for me. Property is dated, hot tub was not working and in the hallway to the pool/sauna/fitness room there was construction, maybe a plumbing problem and why the hot tub was out of order, not sure. I was there to recover from surgery for a couple days so pretty low needs and I did not try out the fitness/pool/sauna.
The breakfast was not good cereal frozen egg breakfast sandwich coffee was not very good toast and muffins
Clean room my room had aunts
Renovations were ok. Looks nice.
Small old TV. And only cable channels there were , were all news and kids channels. Not liking that. Couldn't relax. All news is bad news. And air conditioner /heater wasn't working great. Old units. The card locks on doors didn't work properly. Couldn't get in with one of cards. Beds need replacing. Too old and lumpy
