Pros:

I had originally booked online, however, when we got there, we felt unsafe as the patio door to the shared balcony wouldn’t lock, and the patio door was falling apart. The hotel is located in a very shady area and even the houses in the area are all rundown and not taken care of. The bed did not look like a typical hotel bed where you have nice pillows and nicely made. It looked lumpy and had only two pillows and looked like a typical bed at home. There was mould in the bathroom and looked like they painted over rotted out walls and ceiling. The coffee machine didn’t even fit in its container and had filth splattered on the side of it. It appeared they recently put in hard flooring, however, that was the only upgrade to a very old hotel besides some paint, and it was absolutely filthy throughout the hallways of the hotel. We immediately went back to the front desk and cancelled our reservation. It was a busy long weekend and we didn’t have anywhere else to go, but we were willing to sleep in our car over that room. The lady at the front desk gave us a full refund without any hassle. The hotel needs to be shut down and completely renovated or a complete rebuild in my opinion.

The price was very reasonable and the pet friendly room was great and the proximity to the event we were attending

This stay was more expensive than it should have been.
Pros:

Close to the highway

Cons:

The most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in. The bed was the worst part. Super hard mattress. Not enough pillow and the 3 they had were incredibly flat. There was no elevator and you had to carry all your luggage up two flights of stairs.
