Very helpful and efficient staff. Lovely stay.
Pros:

Lovely facilities in the room. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. Gym had everything I needed for a good workout. Transfers to the airport were free and very convenient.

Fajn hotel na dobrém místě s mizernou snídaní
Pros:

Hotel kousek od letiště opodál stanice metra, kterým jste za 20 min v centru Vancouveru. Na severní ameriku velmi čistý pokoj. Pohodlná postel a příjemné zařízení. Velmi rychlé výtahy bez čekání. Check In i check out bez komplikací.

Cons:

Velmi mizerná snídaně. Odůvodňují ji tím, že je prý "zadarmo". Nic není není zadarmo, je to v ceně a je to jejich špatná vizitka.

Hotel in Flughafennähe
Pros:

Dieses Hotel liegt nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und ist ein idealer Übernachtungsort für die erste Nacht nach einem langen Flug. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Good airport hotel
Pros:

Staff very helpful- we were able to avail of early check-in and KC on reception helped us with the Richmond shuttle bus, to visit Steveston, by running out and asking the driver to wait for us. Breakfast was adequate, Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7. Airport shuttle was excellent and the hotel was within walking distance to the Bridgeport skytrain stop. Would recommend this hotel
