Central location, very clean, excellent service
Pros:

Hotel situated bang in centre of city, so easy to get to all attractions. Everything 15-25 minutes walking from hotel. Main shopping and food areas. Hotel has a great spa, highly recommend to get Korean body scrub and massage.

Another wonderful stay
Pros:

Perfect location and it's so convenient to go downstairs to find food and shop. The room has a nice decor and the bed is very comfy.

Cons:

The hairdryer was not very efficient.

Great location for the amusement park. Breakfast needs better gluten free options.
Pros:

The location was incredible, we stayed to enjoy Lotte world amusement park and it was perfect with the hotels own entry which you got early entry with.

Cons:

Breakfast was strange there was a queue system, despite it not being too busy. They also didn't have great gluten free options, other than eggs and fruit so food was limited.

هو اللي يشفع لسعره والا هو مايستاهل

We had a wonderful stay with comfortable accommodations, great food, friendly and attentive staff, and excellent service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was very comfortable, the food was great, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. When we experienced an inconvenience with our room, the team handled the situation professionally by upgrading us and offering compensation. We really appreciated how well they took care of us and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others!

Cons:

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was great, and we left with a very positive impression of the hotel!

Pros:

Отличное расположение, удобный подъезд для такси, хороший видовой номер в Executive Tower, суперудобная кровать, хорошая звукоизоляция. Отличный завтрак.

Cons:

Достаточно неприветливый персонал. Это иногда типично для Южной Кореи. Завышенная стоимость, с моей точки зрения. Но больше всего поразило, что в отеле такого уровня сауна, которая находится в фитнесе, требует отдельной оплаты. При стоимости номера от 500 евро в сутки как-то неприлично.

Good hotel to rest and relax
Pros:

The service was excellent. Porter ran up to help with luggage when we alighted airport bus. Concierge was attentive and friendly. She helped book our taxi and made good recommendations. Room was well cleaned daily. Enjoyed the gym and adjoining paid sauna facilities. Shopping and food/restaurants are within hotel premises without having to go outside. Also connected to subway.

Cons:

The attractive and yummy food availability just at the hotel basement.
