Konumu çok merkezi.

Cons:

Gittiğim gün check in saati 15:00 olmasına rağmen odamın halen hazır olmadığını, odada temizliğin bitmediğini ve beklemem gerektiğini söylediler ve maalesef odamı 17:30 da teslim ettiler. O günkü bütün planlarım ve rezervasyonlarım sıkıntılı geçti. Odaya girdiğimde ise oda maalesef temiz değil oldukça pisti halıda şarap lekesi çarşaflarda lekeler ve lavaboda küçük kıllar vardı. Ertesi günlerde ise oda temizliğim yapılmadı. 5 yıldızlı bir otel için ilk defa böyle bir durum başıma geldi. Açıkçası çok şaşırdım. Çalışanların sorun çözme becerisi maalesef yok. Bir sonraki amsterdam seyahatimde kesinlikle buradan uzak duracağım.

A good experience with friendly staff but small rooms that can be noisy during late night hours from noise outside.
Pros:

Pretty property and friendly staff. Also, good AC as the temps were in the 90's for days!

Outside noise can be an issue during overnight hours.

Best staff
Pros:

We stayed here for 1 Night and everything about it was amazing. The best part was the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming and professional. The room was beautiful. We loved the historic touches you could find everywhere. Definitely coming back.

Perfect weekend in Amsterdam
Pros:

The hotel has a lot of history. The check-in and checkout process were very smooth and the dinner at Omber is a must. Rose from breakfast was amazing and very nice. We had a room with a balcony, which made our stay 10 times better. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Staying at Tivoli Doelen was a lovely experience. From the beginning until the check out, every staff member was super friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was cozy, the bed very comfortable and the canal view balcony was above and beyond what we were expected.
Diner and Breakfast in the Omber restaurant both added a nice touch to our stay thank to a nice cuisine and to Anna, Valerio, Rose and Ilia who were ensuring a seamless meal for us.
Definitely recommend it :)

Incredibly hospitable staff!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel right on the canals in Amsterdam. The staff of the hotel is absolutely wonderful. The service team tried to go above and beyond for the stay to be a wonderful one. Can’t say enough good things about them. Right from the check in and reception to every member at the restaurant and bar, breakfast buffet, they were a joy. The only minus of the hotel is the rooms are tiny and felt a little too humid sometimes. Even having the AC at 17 degrees we were sweating at night.

In Amsterdam this is the only place to stay
Pros:

There are very few hotels that live up to their marketing claims, but the Tivoli Doelen exceeds them.
The hotel is beautiful and expertly curated but that is merely the beginning. It was the team that made our stay so memorable.
From the moment we checked in, to the email we received once we arrived back in Australia, the quality of personal service and attention to detail is beyond industry standards.
We will most certainly be back.
