Comfortable, adequate accommodation for a short stay.
Pros:

We found staff to be friendly and helpful, the room was big enough and clean, and beds comfortable. Shower was of a good size, and powerful enough. Everything fully stocked on arrival. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Hanging space basic but adequate.
The availability of a bar was appreciated. Breakfast was varied, plentiful, well stocked and tasty. All staff seemed to be working hard and remained courteous and cheerful.
Check in and check out procedure was quick and smooth.
There was definitely evidence of a push towards recycling and waste limitation.
Parking is subsidised by 50% for customers.

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, coffee, milk etc were not replenished when our room was serviced.
The extractor in the shower room was either not functioning, or under-functioning, and there was a slight drain smell from the sink waste.
There was a minor error regarding the logging of the length of our stay, I believe, resulting our card keys not permitting entry to the room at one point, however this was quickly resolved on returning to reception.
We found the evening menu basic, expensive, and unimaginatively presented, but edible.
All tastes and requirements were, we believe, catered for. There was, however, a 45-50 minute wait for food.
