Pros:

Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is right next to a construction zone and it was very noisy. It kept waking me up which I didn't quite realize until later so I started plugging my ears. I feel like the hotel should provide complimentary earplugs. Also there was mildew in the bathtub.

Fun & relaxing.
Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

No fan in the bathroom. The room AC didn't seem to work at first, but the staff got it working. Much appreciated in the Arizona heat!

Cons:

The rooms felt outdated. The pool wasn't available for use, so that was disappointing. Breakfast area is small, my family had to sit outside and done had to sit on the floor because there weren't enough chairs.

We went down for a baseball game, it was the perfect location.

Stay for the staff
Pros:

The hotel was a bit worn down and had a a lot of wear and tear. There was an artificial strawberry-ish scented air freshener that came out of the A/c that was overwhelming. But I cannot emphasize enough that the staff were beyond incredible. Every single person that worked there went above and beyond to welcome us and accommodate. They are all truly special people and a special shout out to Jennifer. It was for that reason, we enjoyed our stay.

Extremely disappointed that the pool was unavailable and we were not notified

Staff were excellent, friendly. Breakfast was great and lady attending the breakfast room was very good

Cons:

THE POOL WAS GREEN - NOT USABLE!! Was not being cleaned until the following week! We were not advised of this before or during check-in. We only found out when we went outside to use it. One of the main reasons we booked here was for the use of the pool !!!
