Great location comfortable, clean and very friendly staff
Pros:

The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable and the staff were nice and welcoming and the hotel sits in the heart of down town which is an awesome location.

Cons:

What i didn't like was the road construction happening during our stay behind the hotel but other then that everything was excellent 👌

Needed a city stop.
Pros:

Convenient for us. Had a nice pool and could walk downtown to bars and the like. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Not much in the way of shade around the pool especially if a few people are in there. Was under the only cover there as it was very warm.

Good stay as usual
Pros:

Courteous staff, good breakfast, close to downtown (we attended a Diamondbacks game.) We stay here several times a year and always enjoy our stay.

Cons:

Parking fee, though I did become a member and the fee was waived.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is right next to a construction zone and it was very noisy. It kept waking me up which I didn't quite realize until later so I started plugging my ears. I feel like the hotel should provide complimentary earplugs. Also there was mildew in the bathtub.

Fun & relaxing.
Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

No fan in the bathroom. The room AC didn't seem to work at first, but the staff got it working. Much appreciated in the Arizona heat!

Cons:

The rooms felt outdated. The pool wasn't available for use, so that was disappointing. Breakfast area is small, my family had to sit outside and done had to sit on the floor because there weren't enough chairs.
