Housekeeping was inconsistent and had to report failure to complete linen/ towel changes. Also,at checkin I wanted to use different card but was told charged had already gone thru!...also USD100 hold per bkg caused me cash flow issues as it is only released 48hrs after checkout!
Very flexible for early check in!
The pool didn't look appealing or overly maintained. No shade or cabanas. And very loud heavy doors with thin walls, you can hear people leaving their rooms.
Perfect location!
Very friendly staff and the location was conveniently located next to the venue that was the reason for my visit. The room was very clean and comfortable and would definitely book again in the future.

The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable and the staff were nice and welcoming and the hotel sits in the heart of down town which is an awesome location.
What i didn't like was the road construction happening during our stay behind the hotel but other then that everything was excellent 👌
Convenient for us. Had a nice pool and could walk downtown to bars and the like. Breakfast was ok.
Not much in the way of shade around the pool especially if a few people are in there. Was under the only cover there as it was very warm.
