Not the cleanest place, and we weren't told there was no hot water when we checked in

Very conveniently located. Beds and bedding very comfortable.

Cons:

Common areas were not cleaned. Carpet in hallway was very dirty and needed vacuuming. Floors in lobby were dirty. Elevators were dirty inside. But the worst part was taking a cold shower the morning after check in due to known plumbing problems that were never disclosed when we arrived. My 83 year old mother had to take a cold shower at 4:30 am the morning of her surgery.
