The bed was actually comfortable and the water pressure was just right.
The breakfast was the worst! No pancake/waffle machine (broke/not working) and NOOOO coffee. They have a costa coffee machine that was you guessed it, BROKE AND NOT WORKING. They happen to have fixed it later that afternoon because it was working just fine. They seriously need to work on this. The food options were just not good. Not good at all. There’s also no side tables in the room. There was a comfortable chair but no where to place my items.
The breakfast and breakfast staff was great and on par.

I had to wait 15 mins for someone to get to the front desk so I could check in

The breakfasts weren't as good as other Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed at. We didn't like that the staff and other guests were smoking so close to the entry. They were way less than the 8ft required.
Nothing.. the front desk was wild. Everyone didn’t know what they were doing. They were picking up phone calls between our check ins.
