Loved it.
Pros:

Spacious modern beachfront apartment.
Garage parking provided.
Walking distance to restaurants along a beachfront promenade .
The hotel restaurant was top notch,the staff are friendly and customer focused.
Walking distance to nice Marina with excellent restaurants and coffee shop as well as some
bespoke boutiques.
2 minute walk to bus stop for bus 60 into Split city centre, also a supermarket is nearby.
Receptionist staff go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly.
Our only complaint is the aircon didn’t function properly, however overall we had an awesome stay.

Liked everything.

Great place for relaxation
Pros:

Loved our stay at this place, the staff were so extremely nice and thoughtful, they made us feel very welcome. The pool area is very cozy and the gym is well equipped. The room was wonderful and we loved having our little patio as well as the beach just a few meters away. It was a very nice place to stay for 10 days, and we wish we could've stayed longer.

Cons:

The location is a bit away from the main area, but we found it to be very suitable as our main goal for the stay was to take some time off to relax. However, if you plan to stay only for a few days and do lots of activities, it would be recommended to stay near the old town as it took us 30 minutes to go downtown without much traffic, and during traffic hours it can take an hour which is not great if you're supposed to leave early for a tour (we tried that, almost missed our tour because we didn't expect so much traffic at 06:30). Also, there are not a ton of restaurant around this area, but still a few (we didn't try many of them so I'm not sure about the quality).

Pros:

8 hengen seurueelle huoneisto toimi erinomaisesti. Huoneiston laatu oli hyvä/erinomainen. Sijainti hyvä, kuitenkin huomioiden se, että kohde sijaitsee n.10km päässä Splitistä. Ranta-alue oli hyvä, mutta luontaisesti ympäristö/ranta-alueen hotelleilla ja huoneistoilla oli melko suuret tasoerot, mikä näkyi mm.hoidossa. Tässä kohteessa myös piha-ja allasalue oli erinomaisen hienosti hoidettu ja kaunis.

Cons:

Pidin kyllä kaikesta, mutta pieni puute oli mm. pienien lasten huomioiminen. Esimerkiksi potti puuttui kokonaan. Kysyessäni siitä etukäteen, ilmoitettiin kyllä, että pottia ei ole. Kun pyysin, voisiko sen sinne hankkia ( hinta n.8 euroa) tuli ilmoitus, että heillä ei ole palvelutarjonnassa pottia, joten se tulee hankkia itse. Myöskään syöttötuolia ei ollut. Ilmeisesti se olisi tullut itse erikseen pyytää.
Huoneiston siivousvälineet olivat myös hieman puutteelliset, ei imuria, ei siivousliinoja, eikä välisiivousta, joten vinkkinä; kannattaa satsata kunnollisiin siivousvälineisiin.
Aikuisille erinomainen paikka jokatapauksessa.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. L’accueil a été parfait dès notre arrivée. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et très propre. Mention spéciale pour la literie très confortable. L’hôtel est bien situé et le service était irréprochable. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Pros:

Excellent place, cozy room, with sauna, jacuzzi, gym facilities. Split is accessible by car in 20mins. Absolutely recommend it.

Une location incroyable
Pros:

Évidement la vue sur mer etait incroyable, les petites attentions, avec des serviettes joliment posées sur les lits, de l huile d olive offert, du café etc..

Cons:

Pas assez de vaisselle mais ca va quand même.
