Good
Pros:

I had a room in the second building. It was nice and clean. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

I was thank full because the road noise was pretty loud even back there. Sometime after midnight I was awakened by I though gun shot. I realized it was a car at Taco bell reaving up the engine. It was one of those cars that pops. He must have been there about 10 minutes. But that was not your fault.

Excellent day receptionist, comfortable, clean and very good value for money.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk (glasses and high pony tail) when we arrived was so helpful, friendly and professional.
The room itself was very clean, comfortable with all facilities working well.

Cons:

The breakfast, a better effort required.

Wäre das Personal am Empfang freundlicher und hilfsbereiter gewesen hätten wir über ein paar Sachen hinwegsehen können.
Pros:

Betten waren bequem, das Bad war einigermaßen sauber. Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft abgetaut, das Wasser stand und tropfte darin und er hat gestunken. Wir haben nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt und wurden eher unfreundlich abgewiesen. Es kam ein Zimmermädchen um das Wasser aufzusaugen und zu reinigen, sie war sehr nett und Bemüht. Die Lampe am Bett war kaputt ebenso wie die Schublade vom Schrank, die halb raus stand. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war schmutzig (Staub, Fingerabdrücke usw).

Lady at reception was welcoming and professional.

Cons:

The fridge was noisy and we had to switch it off to sleep !! The lamp next to the left side didn’t work properly. Breakfast choice was poor.

Pros:

Had an issue with the shower that was handled quickly. The parking lot only had one entrance but not a big deal

The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean

Cons:

How noisy it is all night, the floors are all laminate and the doors have a big gap under them and you can hear every little thing and its pretty bad. Barely got any sleep due to how noisy it was. Everything else was good.

Good for an overnight stop
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. Unfortunately our shower didn’t work however housekeeping sorted out another room for us to use. The WiFi was out of action when we checked in but the issue seemed to resolve later in the evening. Breakfast was good and lots of options, scrambled eggs and sausages, choice of breads muffins, waffle maker, yoghurt and cereals. The lady who was looking after breakfast was lovely. We also made use of the laundry facilities. All in all was good for an overnight stop.
