Barely tolerable. I will never return.
Pros:

The location was convenient to access my destination (a hospital). The front desk staff were helpful and efficient.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. It had few options that were appealing. The eggs had no flavor and the texture of cardboard.
The room was unclean and musty smelling. The air conditioner rattled and was generally loud. The scenic mural on the wall had partly peeled and had a visible water stain running down the middle seam. The desk was scarred with scratches. The footstool had two holes in the upholstery (burn marks?). There was what appeared to be a blood stain on the curtain. There were two black spots in the bath tub that might have been a chip in the ceramics, or perhaps some biological leftover from a previous guest. House keeping only serviced the room once during my 7 day stay. Neighboring guests allowed their children to roam up and down the hallway yelling until 10:45 at night.

Friendly staff & clean.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Jimmy front desk was so accommodating & friendly.
Angie the breakfast was super nice & friendly. She was always cheerful & smiling.

Cons:

The location by the Veterans Park where lot of homeless & would utilize the table at the smoking area.

Cons:

I came in late last night due to a traumatic event at my home that I needed to escape. The room smells of cigarette smoke, there is hair in the tub, and a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. I was so traumatized that I did not want to go back down to the lobby and complain, and needed to sleep. I asked for my room to be comped, based on the uncleanliness, with no response.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, extra blankets could have been left for use, as the reservation was made for 3. Blanket on the pullout bed was barely thicker than the sheet.

In addition, again, reservation was made for 3, but only 2 sets of towels were left.

Pros:

The whole stay was great! Loved the hot tub and the pool! Rooms were fabulous, beds were comfy. The staff was fantastic! All of them were pleasant and always smiling! The location was perfect, lots of places to walk to shop and eat.

Cons:

Just the elevator. But only because I am claustrophobic.
