Very good place for us to stay. We will book in the future

Check in easy.
Pleasantly surprised to see room & hotel remodeled since I was last there years ago.
We visited family in west Chester. We will definitely book in the future!

It was ok for my quick 3 day business trip which was just there to sleep. If I needed a longer stay it wouldn’t be comfo

Lobby area and pool.

Cons:

The bathrooms need some upgrading. Around the edges of shower very rusted and need to be re culked or redone all together. I feel like the bathroom door got installed on the incorrect side because it wasn’t spacious from the toilet seat. Sliding glass door should work both ways for shower oppose to having to turn shower head and have freezing water hit your body to adjust knob.

Other than shower and coffee, the room was comfortable.
Pros:

Central to where we needed to be for funeral

Cons:

No coffeemaker in room. Very disappointed because advertisement had coffeemaker listed. Shower could not be turned on without getting bathroom floor wet. Carpet by bed was soaked the next morning.

Our bed had bugs and hair in it. When complained and moved to another room the new bed had a blood stain on it and the other had another hair in the sheets.

I arrived a few minutes before 8.
I was the therapist for an event and having a second day the next day..I could have used the water movement and it was still light out.
Perhaps leave an hour at the end for "adult swim"
unclear breakfast location and availability
ballroom is a bit tight with space between showr and toilet. I was by myself so I navigated
front desk staff was away from the desk alot..maybe because a new young woman was being trained.
