Time with family.
Pros:

Personnel very attentive and kind.

Cons:

When we got there, there was a problem with the TV but by the second night they had taken care of it

Pros:

Our room had been recently renovated and was very nice. The hotel needs work. Elevators, elevator lobby, etc. it does appear there is some work being done. The outside landscaping needs a little work, as well

If the tub was functioning as it should this would’ve been a great stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The tub didn’t have a stopper to fill and we have 2 littles that rely on baths so not having a functional tub was very inconvenient and an obstacle when at the beach

dissapointing especially for the cost
Pros:

Location near our planned activity

Cons:

Shower/tub would not drain. Carpet is dirty and shabby. Took forever to get hot water. The spa tub in the room did not work.

The pool

Cons:

There was mold thru out the hotel it had a really bad moldy/musty smell thruout. Bathroom had no toilet paper had to ask for towels. The pullout sofa had no sheet, blanket or pillows when our reservation was for 5 people so it was obviously gonna be used. There was no place to hang your clothes. There wasn't anything I liked but the pool and that wasn't even up to par cause there was mold on the ceiling.

Good stay if you like being yelled at first thing in the morning.
Pros:

It was clean, had a great breakfast, good location, front desk people were nice.

Cons:

They were doing some renovations and the ice machines were out of order. Very small parking lot but the worst thing was we were told at check in that breakfast was 6:30am-9:30am, which was great because we had to leave at 7am. The next morning we made it down for breakfast at 6:45, all the food was out and ready and we had already made our plates when some staff lady came in and literally yelled at us and told us breakfast didn’t start till 7, I told her the guy that checked us in told us it was 6:30 and she said “well if that’s what he told you” and walked away. It was very rude and embarrassing and would be enough to make me not want to stay here in the future.

Falsely advertised as a nice hotel, deplorable and nasty.
Pros:

Nothing, total dump, should not be on a website as open. Requesting full refund for a deplorable property.

Cons:

Everything, nothing working, falsely advertised as “nice”. No towels, half used toilet paper roll upon checking. No bath mats, dirty shower, non working phone in room. Dirty shower, no place to put suitcases or hang clothes. Bed in horrible condition. Debris all
Over hotel. Piled up trash cans, drug deals going on around hotel. No sofa or sofa bed in room as advertised. Had to request a chair for room.
