The staff was the friendliest that I have ever met at a Holiday Inn Express.

The breakfast was delicious each day no complaints and the cook was very nice and kind and very respectful and helpful he really made our stay a pleasant one also

Christina at the front desk was amazing so caring, compassionate, super sweet, educated and professional. I really liked her! Also Hope who works the kitchen and serves breakfast is amazing as well super sweet. She was wonderful with my granddaughters. She was caring, smiling all the time just like Christina. She had everything prepared everything ready. He was ready to help anybody with whatever she could help with not just us but people around us. She greeted and talked to everybody.
Smells like pure mold and mildew very old facilities. Rude rooms need to be cleaned better especially in the bathrooms around the floor corners, but not even so much that the place smells so mildewy it is so damp that your bedsheets are wet. The carpet is wet. Just everything is wet. It only reminded me of the really horrible motels in Wildwood, New Jersey and Ocean City, New Jersey, all across New Jersey and other states. It smelled really bad from the second. I walked into the hotel. I almost walked right back out, but I did not want to lose my money. All the housekeepers were very friendly. Every time they saw me in the elevator or walking in the hallway they all greeted me. They were all super friendly, and they did what they could as far as fixing the bed and having things prepared and ready. I just think they need somebody separate separately to go in there and clean the floors and corners deep cleaning every time or at least a couple times a week.

The location was perfectly along the route of our travels. The breakfast was really nice and the pool was well maintained.
Our room was just ok - there was a big stain on the carpet on the side of bed that looked like pasta sauce - so then we weren't sure how clean the carpets were (and we have a crawling 9 month old). Also where our toilet seat mounted to the toilet bowl was extremely loose. We didn't make a big deal of it because we were just staying one night, but those things definitely affected our thoughts on our stay
