Good location but does not worth the money
Pros:

Their location is great and rooms are clean.

Cons:

The breakfast choice is too small. You have to ask for amenities from the reception desk, including towels.
The main concern is that they authorize a nightly deposit of 50 USD. I stayed with them for 9 nights in two separate bookings and have to get the 450 USD deposit back within 5 to 7 work days, as they initially informed me. It has been 24 days since I checked out, and I still have not received the refund. I called the hotel 3 times. The last call was with an unprofessional, rude manager who could not find a booking in their system. She was angry and aggressive when explaining and informed that I should expect the refund within 30 days. This is too long.
Overall, some of the staff at the hotel are friendly because the manager is rude and ended the call by throwing the phone.
Since I was staying in Seattle for a long time, I moved to another hotel that was more affordable, with friendly staff, in the same location.
They also held the deposit, but got it the next day after checking out.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but it could have been better if there was an onsite restaurant

Cons:

We were placed in a handicapped room, which is fine, but the shower design was very odd. I understand it was crafted for the handicapped but that allowed water to flood the bathroom as well as the entryway. A sign in the bathroom said to conserve towels but we could only use our towels once, we had to use them to soak up the water that was from the shower.
