Not happy I lost 2 pair of lululemon pants
Pros:

The reception called me said I left my laundry behind and will
Sent to me but they never follow up for me even I called them
Many times they just said the laundry list in delivery. I asked many times the tracking number they did not want to give me one of the staff just Alamo my home

Cons:

The reception did not keep their promise to sent my laundry back even they said they will

Well-located, clean hotel with great staff.
Pros:

The hotel is well-located, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, updated, and relatively comfortable. Nice amenities. The staff is excellent!

Cons:

The WiFi in the rooms is weak as is the cell signal. The noise level in the rooms is unfortunate. We could clearly hear all conversations in the room next to us, as well as every door that opened and closed in the hall and every car in the parking lot.
